Mosin Nagant M91 VKT in 7.62x54R with a five round internal magazine capacity and a 31" barrel made in 1940. This bolt action rifle is in good overall condition. This stock is a two piece spliced at the fore end, with damage to the left side by bolt and right side by trigger. The metal butt-plate is in good condition with moderate, scuffs, scratches and a touch of metal oxidation. The bolt and receiver are in good condition with touches of metal pitting and finish loss. The trigger and magazine box are in good condition with metal pitting and finish loss. The rear adjustable sight is in good condition with metal oxidation and wear. The wood fore end is in fair condition, loose fitting and light damage with the wood being two different shades. The front and rear barrel bands are in very good condition, light all-over wear. The muzzle is in good condition with light finish scuffs and scratches. The cleaning rod is stuck into the rifle but otherwise in very good condition. Clean rifled bore and crisp trigger pull. This rifle is mounted with two metal loop brackets for mounting a shoulder strap.
