*Colt Texas Sesquicentennial Factory Engraved Peacemaker Revolver
Lot # 632 (Sale Order: 626 of 698)
Condition: This is in like-new condition retaining all the blue finish and gold bands. Vibrant case colors mixing beautifully with the engraving. Grips are excellent with a little yellow aging. Bore is excellent. Mechanically excellent. Case is excellent.

*Colt Centennial Peacemaker and Frontier Six Shooter Revolvers
Lot # 633 (Sale Order: 627 of 698)
The first pistol is .45 Colt caliber, 7.5" barrel, S/N MPC145. The left side of the barrel is marked 1873 Peacemaker Centennial 1973. The left of the frame is marked U.S., and the walnut grips are marked with a reproduction inspector's cartouche. Blue finished barrel, cylinder, backstrap and trigger guard. The frame and hammer are case hardened. The display features a plaque that reads "Peacemaker" / Commemorating the 100th anniversary of the 45 cal. Single Action Army Revolver which came to be known as the "Peacemaker".
The second pistol is .44 centerfire caliber, 7.5" barrel, S/N 145MPC. The left side of the barrel features the classic etched Colt Frontier Six Shooter, with the right side marked 1873 Peacemaker Centennial 1973. The caliber is marked on the left of the trigger guard. With checkered hard rubber grips with the American eagle motif and rampant Colt logo. Nickel plated throughout. The display features a plaque that reads Commemorating the 100th anniversary of the 44-40 cal. Single Action Army Revolver which came to be known as Colt's "Frontier Six Shooter".
Condition: Excellent, unfired condition to both revolvers.

The interior of the cover states Ray Viramontez both engraved and photographed the Government Model .45 on the cover. Ron English is the lucky owner. The cover clearly shows the serial number on the pistol, which matches this one. The magazine is included with the pistol.
Condition: The nickel plating is present throughout the entirety of the pistol. This is an excellent example of a beautifully engraved Colt 1911.
