All bidders must read terms and conditions before bidding The seller will utilize Cox Auctions and the online auction service Proxibid for the liquidation of research equipment. For more information about this auction process, please contact Matthew Cox with Cox Auctions at 501-609-6659. Note the following terms and conditions are applicable to all items in the sale: ASBESTOS WARNING - Some rooms are marked with an asbestos warning. Enter these rooms at your own risk. We do not guarantee any items; all items are sold "as is, where is." There will be a 15% Buyers Premium on all auction purchases. Bidders may pre-bid on these items now. The auction will be online only, concluding on July 27th, 2024. All property is offered for sale "AS IS, WHERE IS" to the fullest extent of the law. All sales are final when the auction hammer falls. All items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders are encouraged to inspect the property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to inspection dates and times indicated (Sat July 20th, 10 am - 3 pm). Buyers must have a paid-in-full invoice to remove property from the location. Property must be removed from the location no later than close of business five (5) business days from the auction date. Acceptable forms of payment are U.S. currency, credit, wire transfer (with a $15 wire transfer fee), and cashier's check. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment in full as specified. Buyers are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property. Buyers will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading, and transportation of property. The seller is not responsible for packing, loading, or shipping. Property may only be removed during normal business hours. By participating in this auction, all buyers and other participants agree that they have read and fully understand these terms and agree to be bound thereby.
