Note the following terms and conditions are applicable to all items in the sale: All property is offered for sale ... AS IS, WHERE IS ... to the fullest extent of the law. All sales are final when the auction hammer falls. All items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders are encouraged to and should inspect for-sale property prior to bidding. Bidders must adhere to inspection dates and times indicated (July 20th 10am - 3pm). Buyers must have a paid in full invoice to remove property from location. Property must be removed from location no later than close of business five (5) business days from auction date. Acceptable forms of payment are: U.S. Currency, credit, wire transfer, cashier?s check, certified check, or a pre-approved check. Checks shall be made payable to Cox Auctions And Realty LLC. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment in full invoice as specified. Buyers are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property. Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of property. County is not responsible for packing, loading or shipping. Property may only be removed during normal business hours. By participating in this auction, all buyers and other participants of this auction agree that they have read and fully understand these terms and agree to be bound thereby.
