WWII Nazi Reinhard Heydrich Silverware & Magazine

Reinhard Heydrich Silverware and Time Magazine. Reinhard Heydrich was a SS official who was the Chief of the Reich Main Security Office which included the infamous Gestap...moreo and one of the main architects of the Holocaust. Heydrich was one of the main organizers of Kristallnacht and also chaired the Wanasee Committee that formalized the plans for the extermination of Jews in occupied Europe. Heydrich was dedicated to the extermination of those that Nazi Germany saw as “subhuman” up until the very end. Heydrich was injured in an attempted assassination in Czechoslovakia and succumbed to his injuries in June 1942. Even after his death, his influence was felt in the concentration and extermination camps across Eastern Europe. The spoon, cup, and napkin ring all have the initials RH embellished in them. Spoon, cup, and napkin all have nice polish, RH initials deeply etched in all three. Time magazine cover has no damage and is in wrap. Included is a certificate of authenticity. Excellent condition. WWII Nazi Himmler and Heydrich Signed Documents. Rheinhard Heydrich was a SS official who was the Chief of the Reich Main Security Office which included the infamous Gest...moreapo and one of the main architects of the Holocaust. Heinrich Himmler was the leader of the SS and the founder of the organization as a whole. The document is a sentencing of a Polish national for high treason to six years of hard labor. Heydrich’s signature is clearly visible on bottom right and Himmler’s initials are visible in stamp on bottom left. Documents are yellow with age. Document on right has two hole punches on left side, one hole is slightly torn. Lettering faded on documents. Good condition. WWII Nazi Heinrich Himmler Pocket Watch

Heinrich Himmler Pocket Watch. Heinrich Himmler was the Reichsfuhrer of the SS and the one of the founding members of the Nazi Party. Himmler's oversaw the construction o...moref concentration camps, the formation of SS units, and would eventually become the Chief of Police and Minister of the Interior, overseeing all Gestapo activities. He would commit suicide in British captivity on April 29, 1945, This pocket watch was found in the Obersalzberg area by 1st Lieutenant D. C. Watts of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 101st Airborne Division. This pocket watch was the personal pocket watch of Heinrich Himmler. Inscribed on back of the watch are the initials HH in a shield. Watch does not run but the internals and case are in very good condition. The roman numeral II is faded, otherwise all other markings are clear and legible. Included is a certificate of authenticity. Good condition. See lots 119 and 121-124 for more Heinrich Himmler. The knife was used by Hitler for dinner. The knife has a dull edge and the blade has some dirt on it. The handle has AH in block letters with a dent right above them. The handle also has a pattern engraved around the edges and is dirty. The back of the handle has the maker's mark numbered 800. Good condition (no provenance found). Dr. Robert Ley's "Wir Alle Helfen Dem Fuhrer" Book. Dr. Robert Ley was the head of the Deutsches Arbeitsfront (German Labor Front) from 1933 to 1945. The DAF was responsi...moreble for the welfare of all worker's in Nazi Germany and gave the employees many benefits. Ley started to abuse his power as head of the DAF and helped to earn it the title of the most corrupt organization in the Reich. Ley committed suicide after the war in his prison cell in Nuremberg. The book comes with a case and the book has the DAF emblem on the front cover. The title on the binding translates to "We all help the Fuhrer" and also has Dr. Robert Ley's name. Cover has no damage or wear. Pages have no wear, lettering is clear and legible. This specific example was taken from his personal library at his home, "LeyHof auf Rottland" by Stephen W. Bumball of the US Army Counter Intelligence Corps and included is the letter from Bumball stating that he took the book from Ley's home. Very good condition. From the Michael Clifton collection.

He had committed suicide while waiting to be tried ...moreduring the Nuremberg trials. Wir alle helfen dem fuhrer (We all help the fuhrer) book was authored by Dr. Robert Ley. The book talks about the working policies of the state and how each worker contributes to make Germany successful. On the second page, there is a printed letter by Dr. Ley to readers of the book. Lettering in the book is clear and legible. The cover and spine are a little dirty and the spine is slightly faded. The pages in the book are in excellent condition with some minor dirt stains on some of the pages. Overall very good condition. From the Michael Clifton collection.

All four pieces of silverware bear the interlocked HW monogram at the bottom of the handle. All four pieces of silverware have seen some use but retain a nice shine to them. This dinner knife was found by 1st Lieutenant D.C Watts, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 101st Airborne Division in the underground storage rooms below the Platterdorf Hotel in the Obersalzburg area. This dinner knife has the block letter AS monogram etched into the bottom of the handle. The handle has a simple beaded border pattern. The knife has seen use and has not been washed in many years. WWII Nazi Hans Frank Autographed Photo Silverware

Hans Frank Autographed Photo and Silverware. Hans Frank was the Governor General of Occupied Poland and Hitler's personal lawyer. As Governor General of Poland, he would ...moreoversee the efforts in Poland to organize, deport, and kill Jews in Poland as well as manage the concentration and death camps there. After the war, he was tried at Nuremberg for war crimes and sentenced to execution by hanging. He was hanged on October 16, 1946. The silverware all bears the eagle and swastika monogram of Schloss Klessheim (Castle Klessheim), a palace in Salzburg, Austria that was used to host guests of Adolf Hitler. The silverware has seen use as evidenced by the stains on all the pieces and has the Schloss Klessheim monogram machine incised on the bottom of the handles. There is a total of 9 pieces silverware including a serving spoon, three dinner knives, a butter knife, two dinner forks, a cake fork, and a pickle fork. The autograph is clear and distinct on the bottom of the photo, the k in Frank is slightly smudged at the top. Photo has no damage or staining. Very good condition overall. Dr. Arthur Seyss-Inquart Peaked Cap. Dr. Arthur Seyss-Inquart was the Chancellor of Austria who made Austria into a province of Germany, and joined the Nazi party soon af...moreter. After the invasion of Poland, he would be appointed to the General Government of Poland and later on, the Reichskommisar of the Netherlands where he would manage civil affairs of both countries. After the war, he would be sentenced to execution by hanging and was hung on October 19, 1946. This hat would be found by Private E. Dubreuil K50031 A. Company, 1st Battalion, the Canadian Scottish Regiment. The hat was worn by Dr. Arthur Seyes-Inquart for his job as the Reichskommisar of the Netherlands. Hat has nametag reading "Dr. Arthur Seyes-Inquart" and has excellent silver bullion piping, insignia, and chinstrap. Small loss of silver color on insignia. Included is a letter from the director of the Canadian Military Studies Museum where the hat came from. Excellent condition. From the Michael Clifton collection.

He was the highest ranking Nazi official to be tried at the Nuremberg Trials and sentenced to execution by hanging but committed suicide by cyanide the night before his execution. This salad serving fork was found by 1st Lieutenant D.C. Watts of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne Infantry Division in the underground storage rooms of the Platterdorf Hotel.
