ATTENTION COLARADO BIDDERS, NEW FIREARMS EXCISE TAX: Due to the passage of the new Firearms, ammunition and firearms parts tax, we will no longer be able to sell firearms, ammunition or firearms parts to Colorado after April 1st 2025. The new law would require us to register with the state and report such sales, as well as pay taxes on those sales once they reach a minimum threshold, or face criminal penalties and hefty fines. It is just not worth it for us. If you are a winning bidder by policy you are still obligated to pay for the item. We can resell the item for you at auction. PLEASE DO NOT SELECT BUYER ARANGED SHIPPING AT CHECKOUT, IT WILL DELAY YOUR SHIPPING. If your address appears local, we will set it aside for pickup. WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONAL; WE WILL ONLY SHIP TO A US BASED ADDRESS. IF YOU NEED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, YOU MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH AN EXPORTER. SHIPPING TIME FRAMES: Shipping will take 2-3 weeks to complete following the auction. The last auction had 172 individual orders requiring shipping with two employees sending it out. Please be patient, each order requires special attention as we are dealing with many fragile and antique items, as well as firearms which have extra layers of compliance we have to follow. Generally, we work in order of who had paid their invoice at the time we print them then paddle/invoice number. If an FFL is required for shipment and you have already had it sent, please don't email us to see if we received it. We will contact you if there is an issue when we get to your order. You must send us an FFL with every invoice; we do not keep them on file. FFL REQUIRED TRANSACTIONS: IF YOU WIN A NON-ANTIQUE FIREARM THAT WAS MADE AFTER 1898, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO EITHER HAVE THIS GUN SHIPPED TO AN FFL DEALER OR YOU MAY PICK IT UP IN PERSON AFTER UNDERGOING A BACKGROUND CHECK (LOCALS ONLY). AMUNITION SHIPPING: States such as California and New York now require ammunition to be sent to an FFL Dealer. All federal and state laws apply. Before bidding - check with your state to see if the firearms & magazines are legal to buy! The cost of shipping will be according to FEDEX or USPS charges plus shipper's packing fees. Many states like New York, Connecticut and Colorado have passed new laws - don't bid if you can't own the items! If you do - there is no refund, we will run the items again with you as the consignor! WE WILL BE ESTIMATING SHIPPING COSTS ON THE INTIAL INVOICE. ALL ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED WITH INSURANCE. If shipping costs are significantly above our estimates, we may charge additional shipping to cover the difference. NO DIRECT INTERNATIONAL SALES! International shipments must go through an exporter. Items being picked up in store may be picked up the next business day (Tuesday) following the auction. ITAR Restricted items: Items that are ITAR controlled may not be shipped out of the United States. These items include but are not limited to certain aircraft parts, ordinance items, optical devices, and electronics. Generally, we will try to list an item as ITAR controlled. By participating in our auction, you agree to receive email or phone communications from us related to our auctions. We may also contact you in case of a payment or FFL issue. LOCAL BIDDERS: IF BUYING THROUGH PROXIBID / LIVE AUCTIONEERS YOU MUST PAY THROUGH THE CARD ON FILE WITH PROXIBID / LIVE AUCTIONEERS OR USE THE ACH PAYMENT WITHIN 24 / 72 HOURS FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. We ship to all 50 States, including California and New York, but we are required to follow the laws of your state. Shipping will be delayed if your FFL requires us to contact them.
