Driving Directions: From Interstate 64, take Interstate 264 toward Virginia Beach, VA. Once in Virginia Beach, take the South First Colonial Rd exit. First Colonial becomes Oceana Blvd after a 1/4 mile, stay on Oceana for 3 miles till you pass NAS Oceana's main gate (Tomcat Blvd). At the next stop light, turn right onto Harpers Rd, go 100 fet and then turn left into the Harpers Road Commerce Park - the auction house is located on the back left.

French M-1907-15 Berthier Bolt Action Rifle FFL # 89616

Lot # 26 (Sale Order: 26 of 333)

This is another great piece of history that stretches from WWI through WWII. This French Berthier Model 1907 -15 Rifle is in good condition with the stock showing handling marks that would be expected from a rifle of this age, and the metal finish still shows the original bluing with minor peppering and patina. The bore still has good rifling, but needs cleaning. The rifle is in its original configuration with bayonet lugs, stacking post and sling swivels, a fully functional antique rifle, ammo is still readily available.

Austrian M-1895 Steyr Straight-Pull Rifle - Antique

Lot # 27 (Sale Order: 27 of 333)

This Austro-Hungarian Model 1895 Steyr long rifle is chambered for the 8X50R cartridge. This rifle, sadly, had the bolt welded closed rendering it inoperative. This can be restored to firing condition once again, made into an impressive display piece, or it could be used for parts. The stock is complete and in good condition.

Yugoslavian M-1924 Mauser Bolt Action Rifle FFL # 253547

Lot # 28 (Sale Order: 28 of 333)

This Yugoslavian Mauser is chambered for the popular and powerful 8mm (8x57) cartridge. The finish is in good condition with light wear on the receiver, which is marked with the Yugoslavian crest and dated 1924. It has a smooth action and a good bore - however, it could use a good cleaning. The stock is in good condition with no handling marks. It is an import and mis-matched.

This 7.65x54mm German DWM manufactured Argentine M-1909 Mauser bolt-action Mauser is all matching, with a bright receiver and intact crest, good bore and faint import marks.

Turkish M-1888/34 Mauser Bolt Action Rifle FFL # 12894

Here is another interesting piece of history, showing German Turkish cooperation during WWI. This Mauser started as an German Model 1888 Commission Rifle given to the Turks, and then upgraded to a 8x57mm small ring Mauser in 1939. The receiver is arsenal marked with good overall finish. And the stock is in very good condition. Bore has strong rifling, and the rifle is complete with the correct bayonet and leather scabbard.

Turkish Berthier Forestry Bolt Action Carbine FFL # 4701

Lot # 32 (Sale Order: 32 of 333)

This is an interesting rifle with a nice bit if history. It began as a French Berthier M16 Rifle that was sold to the Turkish government and converted for the Turkish Forestry department. It is chambered for the 8mm Lebel and the receiver is marked with Turkish Arsenal proof marks and dated 1948. The bore has strong rifling, but needs a good cleaning, and the stock is in good condition. Great piece of history, complete with sling.

Swedish M-1896 Mauser Bolt Action Rifle FFL # 413435

Lot # 33 (Sale Order: 33 of 333)

This Swedish M-1896 Mauser Rifle is in good condition showing handling marks indicative to a military service rifle of it’s era, and the bluing is worn but free of pitting. The rifle is all matching and import marked, and is complete with sling swivels and cleaning rod. The receiver is marked Carl Gustafs Stads and dated 1917, and it has a threaded muzzle.

Remington Arms Rolling Block Carbine - FFL # 133779

Lot # 34 (Sale Order: 34 of 333)

This Remington Rolling Block is a great collectable rifle with a very good wood finish and nice metal showing patina and no signs of pitting. Bore needs cleaning but looks good. This is a great boys rifle that should be in any Remington or Crack-Shot collectors collection.

Stevens Model 87A Semi-Auto Rifle FFL # NSN

A nice tube-fed .22 caliber Stevens semi-auto rifle with a 23” barrel. The stock is plastic with an aluminum trigger guard in very good condition. The bluing is in good condition, bore is nice and the action is crisp. A great little plinker with some collectability.

Cobray CM-11 Semi-Auto Carbine FFL # 94-0021164

Lot # 36 (Sale Order: 36 of 333)

This is a lightly used 9mm semi-auto carbine was manufactured by Cobray and mimics the Mac 11. The parkerized finish is in excellent condition with a nice blued barrel and a synthetic skeleton stock (though the stock is slightly loose). Bore is good, action is tight and it comes with an extra barreled action, and extra magazines.

FN Browning Auto-5 Semi-Auto Shotgun FFL # 77774

Lot # 37 (Sale Order: 37 of 333)

This Belgian manufactured Browning Fabrique Nationale A-5 Semi-Auto Shotgun is in very good condition with walnut stock set. The forestock does have an approx 2” crack, the wood is good condition overall with typical handling marks for a weapon of its age. The bluing on the 29” barrel and receiver are in very good condition with light wear, and it is a 12 Gauge 3/4” with a full choke.

Belgian Janssen Sons Co Double Barrel Shotgun - Antique

Lot # 38 (Sale Order: 38 of 333)

This early damascus barreled 12 Ga Belgian produced Janssen Sons Co contract Double Barrel Shotgun is in fair to good condition. The metal is worn with patina and the right firing pin is missing. The barrels are 30” and the locks are marked Janssen Sons & Co on the left and The Interchangeable on the right. It is worn with fair bores and really only a wall-hanger now. Still, this hammer gun would look good in a Western or Hunting display or over the fireplace! The same shotgun with a different retailer's name is in the next lot.

Belgian Manhattan Arms Co Double Barrel Shotgun - Antique

Lot # 39 (Sale Order: 39 of 333)

This early damascus barreled 12 Ga Belgian produced Manhattan Arms Co contract Double Barrel Shotgun is in fair to good condition. The right external hammer does function but will not lock back. The lock is marked Manhattan Arms Co on the left and The Interchangeable on the right. The 30” barrels are worn with fair bores and really only a wall-hanger now. Still, this hammer gun would look good in a Western or Hunting display or over the fireplace!

Howard Arms Co Double Barrel "Coach" Shotgun - Antique

Lot # 40 (Sale Order: 40 of 333)

This nice looking antique 12 Gauge double barrel “Coach” shotgun has cut-down 19” barrels and a bead sight. The barrels are marked Genuine Armory Steel - Choke bore, and the lock is marked Howard Arms Co. The wood stock is in good condition with handling marks indicative with the shotguns age. Action is tight and the barrels appear to be in good condition, however this is probably a wall hanger. Still, this hammer gun would look good in a Western display!

JC Higgins Model 583 Bolt Action Shotgun FFL # NSN

Lot # 41 (Sale Order: 41 of 333)

Here is a nice older bolt action 12 Ga Shotgun that was manufactured by Mossberg for Sears, Roebuck and Co. It is in good condition with very nice wood, as is the bluing with light patina. The magazine is a 5 round tubular magazine and the barrel has an adjustable modified choke. The action is smooth and trigger is crisp - a very nice Higgins shotgun.

Spanish Lanber Arms of America Model 844st Over/Under Shotgun

Lot # 42 (Sale Order: 42 of 333)

This attractive Spanish produced Lanber Arms Model 844 O/U 12 gauge Shotgun is in good to very good condition. The stock is very good with a gloss finish. The receiver and trigger guard are decorated with a very nice scrolling, and the bluing on the barrel is free of major wear. The gun is dated 12-76 and looks as if it was used but taken care of.

German WWII Knights Cross with Swords & Oak Leaf Clusters

Lot # 43 (Sale Order: 43 of 333)

The very rare German WWII era Knights Cross with Swords & Oak Leaf Clusters complete with ribbon. This is a beautiful example with 800 silver marked sword and clusters and a L/12 stamped cross. It is multi-piece construction with a magnetic center and is a quality award. These pieces are always suspect as they are so rare and expensive, so we have detailed photos for you to back your own determination. One way or another, it is an impressive award and comes in it's own display case.
