Payment Instructions: If you are the high bidder you will receive an invoice. We will charge your credit card on file with Proxibid following the auction. Payment is by MasterCard or Visa (All sales are final! No Chargebacks!) Any vehicle purchases cannont be charged with a credit card. We will call you and have you send a cashiers check. There is a 16% Buyers Premium. Everything sells on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis. Buyer responsible for arranging and paying for pick up, shipping and handling fees. Shipping and Handling is the responsibility of the buyer. Sales tax will be charged on all sales in Florida and any sales in which the buyer picks up the items at the warehouse. Out of state purchases that are shipped out of state will not be charged sales tax. You must provide a valid sales tax certificate if you are in the state Florida do not need to pay sales tax.

Shipping Instructions: Arranging and payment for pick up of items is the buyers responsibliity. You can use the shipper of your choice. Many customers have had a good experience using Goin Postal. Ewald Auction & Realty does not pack items or deliver to shipping agents. Buyer is responsible for packaging, shipping and pick up and handling fees. Pick up of items must be arranged by appointment and completed by Tuesday March 29, 2011.
Preview Date & Times: The auction will be held live and online. We tried to describe the items to the best of our knowledge. The auction items are strictly sold on an "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis. Preview is by appointment or 1 hr prior to the auction.
Checkout Date & Times: Buyer is responsible for all pick up, packaging, shipping and handling fees. Arrangements for pick up must be made by Friday March 25th as we have to vacate the facility. All items must be picked up by buyer or shipper by March 29th.

Driving Directions: Auction will be held live and online. If you are local and wish to pick up your items after the auction please contact us on Friday March 25th. Time is of the essence regarding pick up as we have to vacate the facility. Call for directions.
