If you are the high bidder you will receive an invoice. We will charge your credit card on file with Proxibid following the auction. Payment is by MasterCard or Visa (All sales are final! No Chargebacks!) Any vehicle purchases cannont be charged with a credit card. We will call you and have you send a cashiers check. There is a 16% Buyers Premium. Everything sells on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis. Buyer responsible for arranging and paying for pick up, shipping and handling fees. Shipping and Handling is the responsibility of the buyer. Sales tax will be charged on all sales in Florida and any sales in which the buyer picks up the items at the warehouse. Out of state purchases that are shipped out of state will not be charged sales tax. You must provide a valid sales tax certificate if you are in the state Florida do not need to pay sales tax.
