Items are made available for inspection, and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and any other factors prior to bidding. - Accepted payments are Cash, GOOD check (local buyers only), Certified check, USPS Money Order, and Credit Cards. 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged on all sales. Payment in full is expected within 7 days after the auction ends. We do NOT charge your credit card on file with Proxibid after the auction. We will email you an invoice after the auction with more information. - Any bidder who pays with a credit card agrees that he/she will not initiate a chargeback under any circumstances. - Bidder agrees that he/she assumes all risks and responsibilities for removal, safety, and proper use of all items purchased, and agrees to release and indemnify Farnsworth Auctions LLC from any liability associated with this event. - ALL FFL rules apply. Firearm sales are subject to 4473 transfer. If being shipped, they must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer in the buyer's home state. Farnsworth Auctions LLC is not responsible for items that are damaged during shipping.
