The invoice has been professionally matted and framed in an exhibit quality framed display with photos of the couple's wedding, note from Harry Levitch Jewelers attesting to the receipt's authenticity, and a copy of the original certificate of authenticity. Felton Jarvis was an RCA Victor record producer, responsible for most recordings of Elvis Presley in the years 1966-1977. He produced the first six albums by John Hartford, and the artists Tommy Roe, Michael Nesmith, Fats Domino, Jimmy Dean, Fess Parker, Charley Pride, Carl Perkins, Skeeter Davis, Willie Nelson, Gladys Knight & the Pips, Maria Dallas, and Jerry Reed. The badge comes with a letter of authenticity from Ed Bonja, who created these photo ID badges as part of his duties as tour manager for the Elvis Presley Show. These TCB photo ID badges were the last form of the identification that was made and were used until Elvis' death. Elvis' love for the Hawaiian people and their beautiful surroundings brought him back many times; self proclaiming Hawaii his favorite vacation spot. The jacket comes with a letter of authenticity from award-winning gospel singer, David L. Cook, who states that he received this jacket from Col. Tom Parker in the mid-1980s while working together on a radio and television show. The letter states in part, "This jacket was given to Elvis as a gift from the owner of Sun Records as they hosted their new line of merchandise. The story associated is that Elvis loved to wear the jacket when he finished working out." The letter goes on to state that Elvis left the jacket in a limousine where it was retrieved by Col. Tom Parker who kept it until giving it to Cook. The jacket also comes with three additional letters of authenticity from collectors who later obtained the jacket, documenting the chain of ownership. Elvis Presley Green Barrel-Backed Chair From Hillcrest Road Home W/COA - This green barrel-backed chair was used by Elvis and Priscilla Presley with their young daughter,...more Lisa Marie, at their Beverly Hills home on Hillcrest Road. This chair is from the living room where Elvis chose to sit during his formal family photo session with Priscilla and Lisa Marie which took place in December 1970. Elvis moved into the home in 1967 with his new wife Priscilla and the pair loved it so much they furnished it with the finest furnishings of the day. After Elvis and Priscilla's separation the home was sold fully furnished as Elvis stated, "This home is so perfect not even an ashtray should be moved." The new owner of the home sold the contents at the famous Hillcrest Road auction conducted by Don B. Smith on September 14, 1980, from which this piece was acquired. The chair is one of a suite of six from the living room that was sold during the auction. The lot includes a certificate of authenticity from Jimmy Velvet. Elvis Presley Strands of Hair Gathered From Graceland December, 1973 W/Notarized Letter of Provenance - These strands of hair from the beloved entertainer Elvis Presley w...moreere gathered from the bathroom floor at Graceland in December of 1973. The strands come with a notarized letter of provenance from well known collector Alyce H. Peterson, who acquired the hair from one of the women who gathered it from Graceland, Norene Clark. The hair will also come with a copy of an original statement of authenticity from Norene Clark. Norene Clark was best friends with Martha Dunkle, and the pair were visiting Harold Loyd (Elvis' cousin and gate guard) that December, 1973 evening. Martha was pregnant with Harold's child, and had to use the restroom. Harold eventually let Martha and Norene inside to use the restroom, where they discovered the hair on the floor. Harold explained that the hair was left from Elvis' haircut earlier in the day, and allowed the two woman to collect some. This piece has excellent investment potential, as collection the hair of famous entertainers has become a booming industry, and in general celebrity hair has been increasing in value over time. In 2010, a lock of Elvis' hair cut at the time of his induction into the United States Army sold for $20,000, and in 2021 GWS Auctions has the privilege of selling a jar of Elvis' hair for over $72,000. Led Zeppelin is one of the best-selling music groups in the history of audio recording. They are considered one of the most successful, innovative and influential rock groups in history, and with RIAA-certified sales of 111.5 million units. They are the second-best-selling band in the United States. The founder of our company's parents met Jason Bonham at the Four Seasons in Houston, TX the night of a show and spent about 10-15 minutes talking to him and were ultimately joined by the greatest guitarist in the world, Mr. Jimmy Page. This was a very special occasion as Led Zeppelin was not usually an autograph fan-friendly band, and Jimmy told our founder's parents "That he had not yet seen this one before," referring to the bootleg album. The guitar comes with a letter of provenance which states that it was acquired by Michael Aston from Michael Ciravolo, who is the guitar player for Gene Loves Jezebel and the President of Schecter Guitars. The letter of provenance states in part, "According to Michael Ciravolo, this guitar was a prototype sent to Robert Smith of The Cure to sample. Michael says that this guitar was used by Robert and then later sent back in exchange for another. In addition to this guitar being owned and played for a period by Robert Smith, it was used to record Gene Loves Jezebel's album 'Exploding Girls'." The guitar will come with the original Schecter guitar case. Robert Smith was known to play Schecter guitars and even had his own signature Schecter called UltraCure. Smith is also known to sells his personal guitars and donate the proceeds to various charities. In 2013 one of Robert Smith's Schecter guitars sold for over $32,000. Sir Keith Holman is an American designer who studied under and worked with the legendary Michael Jackson designers Bill Whitten, Warren R. Caton, and Stella Ruata. Mr. Holman received this box as a gift from Toni-Ann Filiti, who was the half-sister of actor Sylvester Stallone and the daughter of Jackie Stallone. The box is crafted of wood and is engraved "With the Compliments of Lee Teng-hui President Republic of China". Lee Teng-hui was a Taiwanese statesman and agriculturist who served as the 4th president of the Republic of China (Taiwan) under the 1947 Constitution and chairman of the Kuomintang (KMT) from 1988 to 2000. He was the first president to be born in Taiwan, the last to be indirectly elected and the first to be directly elected. Ms. Filiti passed from lung cancer in 2012, and President Teng-hui passed in 2020 at the age of 97. This item will include a letter of provenance from Sir Keith Holman.
