Payment Instructions: ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BY WIRE TRANSFER before the end of the day on June 14, 2022. Smaller items under $ 5,000.00 (five thousand dollars) may be paid via Credit Card with a additional 4% (four percent) Credit Card Convenience Fee. A 10% (ten percent) Buyers Commission will be charged on all assets sold at this auction. All applicable Sales Tax will be charged at this auction unless buyer provides exemption paperwork prior to payment. In order to register and bid for this auction, you must provide Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc with a letter of introduction from your bank that guarantees payment for a specified amount to Grady Auctions & Realty, Inc OR a credit card with a minimum $5,000.00 credit line for registration purposes ONLY. All payments must be made by WIRE TRANSFER. Wire transfers must be received by close of business on Tuesday June 14, 2022. All International buyers not having a U.S. Bank account or not able to provide a letter of credit from a U.S. Bank will be required to make a $20,000.00 minimum deposit to register to bid. Shipping Instructions: Winning bidder is responsible for arranging all shipping and paying all shipping cost. No items will be removed from this location until paid for in full. Need to remove all smaller items within 14 days of auction completion. Aircraft will need to be removed within 20 days or sooner. If aircraft need to be stored at the location a little longer, contact the auction company to make arrangements. Any Item(s) left past this date will be considered ABANDONED IN PLACE and the auction company or the seller will have the authority to dispose of the assets at their discretion. There is no loading dock available at this auction location. A forklift will be available for smaller items. The auction company will assist with loading to a reasonable point.

Driving Directions: Auction is located at 2600 Airbase Road in Newport, Arkansas. From Highway 367 take Exit 85 and go west 3/8 mile to auction location on the south side of the road. Aircraft are located at Newport Municipal Airport (M19), if flying in, please contact auction company at (870) 523-5229 to schedule a ride to the auction lot.
