Description

Granville Auction Company will be hosting their annual summer consignment auction June 10th. Items will include Tractors, Trucks, Farm Equipment, Campers, and much more. We will run two auctions with ring 2 being in person only.

Payment Instructions: Granville Auction Company accepts Cash, Check, and Major Credit Cards. There will be a 3% surcharge in addition to buyer's premium and taxes added to all credit card purchases. Buyer's must settle payment within three business days following the auction.

Shipping Instructions: Please contact the auction company for general shipping and handling information. Granville Auction Company does not ship items.
Preview Date & Times: June 9th: 8am-5pm or by appointment.
Checkout Date & Times: Please contact the auction company for checkout dates & times. An Auction Representative will be present Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday following the auction. Any following day, you must make an appointment within the 10 day allowed.
Location: 5091 Gooch's Mill Road, Oxford, NC 27565
Driving Directions: From US 158 turn onto Gooch's Mill Road. The auction will be about 2 miles down the road on the right hand side of the road.

Special Terms

All items are to be paid in full before removal of property. All property must be removed within 10 days from the sale date unless approved by a Granville Auction Company representative. All property sells as is where is with absolutely no warranties implied or expressed in any way. All serial numbers, mileage, and hours are unverified. All information in any advertisement is believed to be correct but not guaranteed in any way. The auction company reserves the right to offer property in separate sale, combination thereof, or as a whole. Buyers must inspect items prior to purchasing. Sale day announcements take precedents over all printed material. Once items are sold, they are the buyers responsibility. Items may be subject to reserve bid and larger items may require a banknote. If you bid on an item, you must pay for that item. Granville Auction Company will not tolerate non-paying customers and will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
