All of the Record Store Promo Posters and Concert Posters listed in lots 1-550 come from an original owner collection who also worked in the musice industry. As a result the vast majority of these posters are in Rolled/New Condition with only minor storage wear along the edges with no tac holes, tape stains or major creases or folds unless stated otherwise. Almost all of these posters appear to be New/Old Stock (NOS) that were never hung or displayed and kept rolled up in storage for the past 40-50 years! Some of the posters will list a condition called "Compression Folds". This occurs when something heavy is set on the top of the posters creating a rippeling condition, not actual creases. In many instances these ripples can be flattened out of the poster. These are NOT reproduction prints, magazine ad's or reproductions that are so often offered for sale on Ebay and other outlets, these are All Original Release Posters+C20. The record store promo posters were never offered for sale to the public and were sent only to record stores to promote the album so as a result had a limited print run, the same is true for the concert posters whice have an even more limited production run. The Large Subway Posters are now almost Impossible to find in any condition as most were destroyed after use. The Point of Sale (POS) posters, Black Light Posters, etc. offered for sale in the auction were sold to the general public through various outlets but most were tacked to bedroom walls and destroyed over the years. We have included Approximate measurements for these posters but the dimensions may vary by 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Amazing All Original 19 X 28 Cardstock Concert Poster for the Paul McCartney Wings Over America Concert held at the Cow Palace Arena in 1976. This was the first time McCartney had appeared in the United States since he toured with the Beatles in the 1960's.
