1968 SCOUT 800 RESTOMOD

1969 International Scout finished in the original layer of Tahitian Yellow over a custom Brown leather interior. The restomod build was completed in 2020 and has minimal miles since built. Fitted atop a modified 2016 Jeep Rubicon chassis, the drivetrain includes Dana 44 axles with 4.10 gears, electronic differential lockers, an HD brake kit, Synergy HD steering and track bars, and an AEV 2.5-inch lift. Powered by a 5.3-liter GM engine backed by a GM 4L60E transmission. The engine and transmission have been tuned and refurbished, and features low miles. The transfer case is an NP241 model that is connected to the transmission via an Advance Adapter kit and features a Tom Wood Custom Driveshaft. The transmission features an HD torque converter and Lokar shifter. The interior features custom 1-off Dakota Digital gauges, a custom Vintage Air A/C system, a Flaming River steering column, and a Forever Sharp wood steering wheel. Finishing off the interior is custom brown Cordura 1000d upholstery on the original seats, a Tuffey center console, a custom integrated 6-point roll cage, and a custom stereo system. The 17-inch steel Mopar wheels are wrapped in Toyo Open Country 285/75R17 tires and stopped by a custom Hydroboost braking system. The windshield and seals have recently been replaced.
