Bidder accepts full responsibility for all purchases made and holds the Auctioneer free from any liability including theft of items. By participating in this auction, you agree to pay the removal costs of any unclaimed items that you won in the auction. In the event bidder fails to pay in full within 3 days of the auction, the bidder/buyer agrees to indemnify the owner and/or Auctioneer against all loss or damage upon sale, together with cost and expense thereof, including attorney's fees, and agrees to pay the Auctioneer interest of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance. The bidder / buyer agrees to reimburse the Auctioneer for all expenses incurred in the collection of any unsatisfied debt in conjunction with this auction.
