The Auctioneer is acting solely as the agent for the Seller(s) and is not responsible for any acts or omissions of its principals. The Auctioneer shall assume no liability for representations made, or information provided by the Seller(s). The Auctioneer does NOT inspect equipment and makes no claim as to the condition of any vehicles or equipment. Some equipment may be described as started or ran. By participating in this auction, you agree to pay the removal costs of any unclaimed items that you won in the auction. In the event bidder fails to pay in full within 3 days of the auction, the bidder/buyer agrees to indemnify the owner and/or Auctioneer against all loss or damage upon sale, together with cost and expense thereof, including attorney's fees, and agrees to pay the Auctioneer interest of 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance. The bidder / buyer agrees to reimburse the Auctioneer for all expenses incurred in the collection of any unsatisfied debt in conjunction with this auction. Auctioneer reserves right to repossess any items in the event of non-payment due to a bad check. Any disputes resulting in legal matters shall be addressed in Lincoln County Circuit Court. By registering for any auction, the bidder agrees to be added to the Auctioneer's email list. Payment is due to the Auction Company within Seventy-Two (72) hours of the conclusion of the auction.
