In accordance with the California Penal Code, the buyer understands there will be a mandatory background check for firearm transfers.
Please check with your local FFL gun dealer to get the latest information available about the transfer of items in this auction.
Bidder agrees not to participate in the auction unless they are 21 years of age or older and have a valid license and/or state identification card.
All items are sold 'as-is' and 'where-is' with no warranties expressed or implied. No items have been tested for working conditions by Joe Bradley Auctioneers.
Bidders or their Agents are responsible for ensuring they receive all their items. No claims of any kind shall be allowed after the items have been removed by the Bidder or Agent has signed for and excepted items on behalf of bidder. Items not picked up in time will be in default. There are no refunds or exchanges. Employees are unable to assist with physical loading.
