Measures 1/4 wide by 1 1/8 long.
The front reads: Caterpillar Club in the center of an outline of a caterpillar.
The reverse side is maker marked Military Arts Rock NY Sterling.
Has a thin horizontal pin back with a locking catch. One piece silver construction.
This was given to airmen that bailed out of an airplane during combat, and walked back safely to allied lines.

The reverse side is marked Pres By Irvin Sterling. Has a thin horizontal pin back with a locking catch. One piece gold plated silver construction with red eyes that have worn away.
This was given to airmen that bailed out of an airplane during combat, and walked back safely to allied lines.

Has a thin horizontal English style pin back with a c-catch that opens at 180 degrees.
This wing was manufactured in England for the US troops.

The inside has a photograph of the Luftwaffe officer wearing his Knights Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords. It also has his signature and his blood type with his unit.
