Serial #269160 All Matching! - Bolt, Receiver, Barrel, and Magazine. Circa 1901. The Schmidt Rubin Model 1896/11 is very similar to the model 1911 but accepts a 1906 bayonet. This rifle features a 30.7" barrel with a 1 in 9 twist rate. The rifle utilizes a 6 round detachable magazine that utilizes the 7.5x55 Swiss cartridge. Full hardwood stock and barrel cover. D-rings at the base of the stock and mid barrel ring to easily accommodate a sling. Tangent-leaf sight graduated to 2000m and front blade sight. Also features a bayonet lug and cleaning rod. This rifle does show some dings and scuffs in the furniture but the blued finish on the receiver appears to be in great shape! All functions work smoothly. (C&R accepted)

Serial #233284 Matches Bolt, Receiver and Magazine. The gun is often incorrectly referred to as a "Schmidt-Rubin". That moniker comes from a combination of Rudolf Schmidt who designed the original straight pull, and the guy who designed the cartridge, Eduard Rubin. The K31 was developed after both men were long gone and but was created by the Waffenfabrik Bern arms manufacturer. It was first issued to the Schweizer Armee in 1933 and finally left service in 1958. It's a straight pull (faster than the typical bolt action) with a 6-round detachable magazine that can also be loaded with a stripper, utilizing the 7.5x55 Swiss cartridge. Full hardwood stock and barrel cover over a 24" barrel. D-rings, integrated in the stock and mid barrel ring to easily accommodate a sling. Tangent-leaf sight graduated to 1500mt and shrouded front blade sight. Also features a bayonet lug and cleaning rod. This rifle does show some dings and scuffs in the furniture but overall appears to be in great shape! All functions work smoothly. (C&R accepted)

Serial #31812 All Matching! - Bolt, Receiver, Barrel, and Magazine. Circa 1892. The Schmidt Rubin The Model 1889 was the first in the series of Schmidt Rubin rifles which served Switzerland Army. The Model 1889 features a 30.7". The rifle utilizes a 6 round detachable magazine that utilizes the 7.5x55 Swiss cartridge. Full hardwood stock and barrel cover. D-rings at the base of the stock and mid barrel ring, includes leather sling. Quadrant sight graduated to 2000m and front blade sight. Also features a bayonet lug and cleaning rod. This rifle is a symbol of the Swiss neutrality throughout the First World War. This rifle does show some dings and scuffs in the furniture but otherwise appears to be in great condition for it's age. All functions work smoothly and all cartouches are clearly visible. (C&R accepted)
