1958 Colt Scout Frontier Duotone .22 LR Revolver in original Box

Lot # 74 (Sale Order: 76 of 229)      

Serial #20724F. This duotone revolver was made in 1958 in a run from 1957 to 1961. Features a blued 4-3/4" barrel, blued 6 shot cylinder, and blued hammer and trigger. The frame is a natural metal finish "in the white". Factory black checkered composition grips. This revolver does show some wear in the barrel finish but otherwise appears to be in excellent condition in the original box. This gun has been well kept and oiled from a highly particular collector. The original box does show some slight wear.

Serial #232597. This Bisley model revolver features a 5.5" barrel, blued finish, and original brown checkered grips. The left side of the barrel stamped "(BISLEY MODEL) 38 W.C.F. The serial number stamped on the butt of the frame, the bottom side of the receiver, and on the trigger guard. Colt archive dated shipment on September 18, 1902. This revolver does show wear in the finish, but a great addition to any collection! It has been well kept and oiled from a highly particular collector.

This shotgun better known as a "trench gun" features a 20" barrel, external hammer, barrel heat shield, hardwood stock with ribbed foregrip, bead front sight, and includes bayonet with leather scabbard. First Year 1887 Winchester 12 Gauge Lever Action Shotgun

Lot # 95 (Sale Order: 97 of 229)      

Serial #2436 (1887). This John Browning design was the first successful repeating arms shotgun. This breech-loading, rolling block lever-action features a 30? rolled (fluid) steel barrel chambered for 12 gauges 2-5/8" black powder shells. Another unique features is an elegant ?WRA Co.? monogram engraved on the left side of the receiver frame, and were case color hardened. Hardwood stock with checkered steel buttplate. This beautiful historical shotgun appears to be in great condition for 133 years young! Does show a few character dings in the wood stock and fading to the steel finish, but this shotgun has been well kept and oiled from a highly particular collector.

Early 1800's Winchester 1866 "Yellow Boy" .44-40 Brass Lever Action Saddle Ring Carbine Rifle

Lot # 97 (Sale Order: 99 of 229)      

No Serial number found - appears to have been on the base of the receiver plate under the stock, and worn off or possibly repaired during some point in it's lifetime -see pictures. The "improved Henry" Winchester 1866 carbine was first manufactured in 1871 and features the distinctive brass receiver and crescent buttplate with blue barrel, magazine, barrel bands and loading gate. The hammer, trigger and lever are case hardened. Also features a 20" blued round barrel, and saddle ring. The stock and forearm are oil-finished straight grain American walnut. Nicknamed the "Yellow Boy" because of its receiver of a bronze/brass alloy and famous for its rugged construction and lever-action "repeating rifle" mechanism that allowed the user to fire a number of shots before having to reload. Does show some wear in the stock but otherwise this is rifle is truly in gorgeous condition! This rifle has been well kept and oiled from a highly particular collector.

Original Springfield 1870 Remington Rolling Block US Navy 50-70 Gov't Rifle UNIQUE Leather

Lot # 98 (Sale Order: 100 of 229)      

Serial number not found. What makes this beautiful rifle so unique - the raw leather repair piece on the stock. Many moons ago, leather was soaked and wrapped around a splintered piece of wood, stitched together, and dried to make a form fitting brace that would outlast the ages. The type of animal leather is unknown but likely from the kill of its of alliance. This is one of the Springfield's US governments commissioned rifles around 1869 for the US Navy utilize Remington rolling block action. This rifle is stamped on the right side of the receiver "US SPRINGFIELD 1870" with Eagle logo. 31" barrel, fixed front sight and step up ladder rear sight. Wood stock does show some wear and obviously a crack repaired. Great collector piece and a conversation piece like no other!
