You will receive a quitclaim tax deed on each of the properties in this auction. Extended Bidding: Our timed online auctions are based on a specified start day and time and all lots will begin closing at a specified time. We utilize an auto extend feature. Any bid placed in the final minutes of an auction will cause the auction ending to be automatically extended from the time the bid was placed. Example: if an auction scheduled to close at 6:00 receives a bid at 5:59, and the extended bidding time for that auction is 2 minutes, the close time will automatically extend. The auto extends feature remains active until no further bids are received within the specified time frame. Auction company employees and/or Auction Company may bid on auction items. 5. Under the Uniform Commercial Code there are two types of auctions: Absolute and with reserve. Unless an auction or lot(s) are noted as ABSOLUTE all lots will sell with reserve - subject to seller confirmation of the high bid. Acceptance of Bid Prices: Successful bidder(s) will be required to enter into a purchase agreement immediately following the close of the auction.
