Remington Model 1917 .30-06 Bolt Action Rifle (5522)

Serial # 139271 - This rifle was manufactured in 1918. The barrel length is 26" and it has a Remington barrel dated 1/18. It has a bayonet lug and a protected front blade sight and the rear 1917 aperture ladder sight. The stock has heavy patina but is very solid. It has a leather MILSCO 1918 stamped sling. This rifle appears to be in very good condition.

Marlin Golden 39-A .22S/L/LR Lever Action Rifle (5523)

Serial # V18325 - This lever action rifle was manufactured in 1962. It has a 24" barrel and tube fed magazine. It features a JM hammer extension and has a leather sling. The Walnut stock on this rifle appears to be in very good condition with only minor usage scuffs. It has a JM stamped barrel and there appears to be no signs of rust or dings. This rifle appears to be in excellent condition.

Winchester Model 52 .22LR Bolt Action Rifle (5525)

Lot # 78 (Sale Order: 78 of 309)      

Serial # 32544 - This Winchester Model 52 rifle was manufactured in 1933. The model 52 was often used for military training and ROTC purposes. It has blocks mounted on the long heavy 28" barrel for mounting a target scope or rear sight. There is a flat dovetail base cutout at the rear of the receiver which was part of the design to accommodate a rear aperture sight such as the Lyman 48J or the Parker Model 9A for improved accuracy. This rifle has a nice Walnut stock that appears to be in excellent condition and includes a leather sling. There is no rust observed on the steel but there is some minor patina on the trigger guard plate. This rifle has no magazine. Overall this rifle appears to be in very good condition.

Serial #: 129934 This Colt Police Positive First Issue Revolver was manufactured in 1921. This .38 caliber (not .38 special) revolver has a 6" barrel is the improved "positive lock" version of the New Police, hard rubber grips, square butt. This first issue is denoted by 1905 as last patent date and smooth top strap.  This revolver appears to be in excellent condition, with minor muzzle wear and a chipped right grip panel. This Colt should make a fine addition to any collection.

Serial #: 787463 This Colt Detective Special (Second Issue) Revolver was manufactured in 1961. This .38 Special revolver has a 2" barrel, and wood grips. This revolver appears to be in good condition, with some wear to the wood grips. The bottom of the grip frame is stamped "NPD 3199". A factory letter included with this revolver indicates that this revolver was Purchased by Lou Anthony Arms in Brooklyn NY, and shipped to the Newark, NJ Police Academy on July 14, 1961.

INGLIS, CANADA. The right side has the serial number stamped on the chamber of the barrel, then below it on the slide and grip frame.  There are also stamps on the right side of the grip frame that appear to be inspection stamps. Overall, this pistol appears to be in good condition.

Serial #: 95222  Fabrique National Herstal Belgique manufactured 9mm Browning Hi-Power with WWII German Waffenamt stamps and a tangent sight. Waffenamt stamps are as follows: WaA103 on front of slide under muzzle, eagle chamber stamp with out number, Left side of frame and slide WaA140. The magazine has a very faint Waffenamt on the back of the magazine towards the bottom. There is also stamps on the heal of the grip. A number is vibrapened on the front strap of the grip frame. Overall, this pistol appears to be in good to very good condition for a WWII vintage pistol. Please note that all the serial numbers match.
