4473 forms and background checks are required for gun purchases. If you are denied on a background check, your firearm(s) will be auctioned off at a later date and sold to the highest bidder. A check will be issued minus a 15% commission fee.
DENIED GUN BUYERS: Â If ATF denies your 4473 background check we will NOT refund your purchase price on ANY firearm. We will resell the firearm at a later date minus a 15% restocking fee based on the hammer price of the gun when we resell. Â ATF has the final say on who can and cannot buy a firearm, not us.
STRAW PURCHASES: Â We WILL NOT enter a firearm into someone else's name other than the bidder on record in our auctions. Â If you have a friend, wife, husband, buddy, lover or significant other that wants a firearm, they must register for the auction in their name. Â NO EXCEPTIONS.

Serial #L6923. This beautiful revolver features a 2" barrel, stainless steel finish, safety grip, smooth bone or stag grips, 5 shot cylinder, shrouded hammer and notch and ramp sights. But what really makes this gun stand far apart your typical revolver is the gorgeous engraving job covering nearly 95% of the stainless including the full cylinder. The ejector rod catch has a "bee" engraved on the bottom which may be a trademark to the engraver. Letter of authenticity is on order from Smith and Wesson which may determine if this was factory engraved. This revolver is in excellent condition and includes a gun rug. (C&R accepted)

Features a 27" blued vent rib barrel chambered for 2-3/4" shells, checkered walnut stock and foregrip, rubber recoil pad, aluminum cap pistol grip, brass bead sights, cross bolt safety and selector choke. The jeweled bolt and trigger does show some light surface rust likely from years of storage but otherwise this shotgun appears to be in great condition. (C&R accepted)

This particular 590A1 features Ghost ring sights and a smooth cylinder bore. The stock is made from a synthetic polymer and it features a Kryptek Typhon camo pattern finish. The 590A1 is a true workhorse with a smooth pump action and 3" chamber that can handle those heavy loads. Also features a highlighted front ramp sight, an NDZ blue aluminum safety switch, sling ring bolts and a rubber recoil pad. This unique shotgun does show a few faint wear marks in the finish but otherwise appears to be in great condition.

This double barrel shotgun features 28" blued barrels, case colored receiver, double triggers, bead front sight and checkered wood stock and foregrip. This vintage shotgun does show some rust, light pitting on the barrels, and chipping of the shellack on the furniture. Bores will need a good cleaning, but still feels like a sound shotgun. The JC Higgins model 103.229 (also known as the Marlin 81, made in the Marlin factory with JC Higgins stampings) was made for the Sears Roebuck Co during 1955-1959. This vintage tube fed small game hunter features a 21.5" blued barrel, hardwood stock, synthetic trigger guard with a mid-century look, manual safety, rear notch sight and front blade sight with brass bead. This rifle does show some minor wear but overall in great condition for its age. (C&R accepted)

Serial #119915. The Remington Model 1894 Double Barreled shotgun was the first "hammerless" shotgun they would produce, and is really a "Forgotten Classic" American Shotgun. This beautiful shotgun features 30" Damascus Steel barrels, double triggers, checkered stock with European grip, checkered foregrip, bead front sight, tang safety and original buttplate. Does show a chip in the bottom edge of the stock and buttplate, however still appears to be in great condition for its young age. Bore looks clean and clear and all functions still operate smoothly.
