This is a hand knotted Oriental wool Kilim, a word of Turkish origin, denotes a pile less textile of many uses produced by one of several flat weaving techniques that have a common or closely related heritage and are practiced in the geographical area that includes parts of Turkey (Anatolia and Thrace), North Africa, the Balkans, the Caucasus, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Central Asia and China. This kilim features a borderless design and is wool. The piece is in good condition for its age. Measures: 49" W x 69" L

He originally painted in oils and acrylics but has limited his work to watercolor media for the past twenty years. Retiring from medicine in 1990, he has more actively pursued his painting. Aside from painting, his interests include traveling, skiing, kayaking and extensive stays at his cabin in Wilson, Wyoming. His piece have been displayed in notable shows and are sort after by collectors throughout the U.S. The piece has a stunning wood frame in good condition. the overall condition of the piece is good for its age. This is a Buck Custom fixed blade knife made by Navajo artist Dave Yellowhorse. This knife shows the running mustang inlaid in brass on each side of the handle. In addition, there is a fantastic mosaic made with Blue Gem and Morenci Turquoise. The knife comes in the original wood box. The knife measures 8" with a 3.5" blade.

Dave Yellowhorse Navajo Custom Buck Knife

This is an original rare hand crafted Buck Custom knife from Navajo Native American Indian artist, Dave Yellowhorse. The knife shows an inlaid mosaic handle with rich gem quality turquoise, black onyx, rosewood, ox blood coral, and etched brass. The handle also shows the Buffalo inlaid in brass. The knife has a Buck Custom U.S.A. stainless steel blade which is signed "David Yellowhorse". The piece comes in a custom wood box with etched brass label. The knife is 7 3/8"L when open with a 3" blade and 4.25"L when closed. The box is 3"x9 1/8" and 1.75" thick. Rare piece.

USGS Survey Indian & Western Photographs 1904-1912

The lot features an excedingly rare set of original photographs from Lewis Franklin Biggs circa 1910-1912. Lewis Franklin Biggs was the Head of USGS in Washington DC, appointed by Teddy Roosevelt, circa 1910-1912. These were taken by Lewis Franklin Biggs during his survey of the West from the Mojave Desert to Mount Whitney in circa 1904-1912. The photographs include various original rare scenes from the Native American Indians including the only photograph known to exist depicting the White Deer River Dance of the Hopi Indians on Klaukol River, CA. These rare photographs are applied in two black photo books with many being noted by hand and dated below. The books are in good overall condition. Each one measures 6" x 7.75".

Selig Mid-Century Leather Lounge Chair Eames 1960

This is an excellent original Mid-Century Selig circa 1960’s leather and bent wood lounge reading chair. The chair is designed in a Danish Modern style much like the infamous James Eames/Herman Miller lounge chairs. It features wider dimensions and a sturdier construction. At its peak Selig operated five factories in Massachusetts and Canada producing high end Danish Modern style furniture. The chair does also include its original ottoman. The piece is clearly marked along the bottom as shown and is highly collectible. The piece is in good condition for its age. Measures: 39 1/2" H x 32" D x 31 1/2" W and the ottoman is 15 3/4" H x 21 1/4" W x 17 1/2" D

Tokhiem Clock Face Gas Pump Husky

Lot # 99 (Sale Order: 120 of 537)      

This lot features a Tokhiem clock face gas pump Husky Model 800-100. Tokheim began in an Iowa hardware store more than a century ago. Merchant John J. Tokheim was searching for a way to improve the method of dispensing gasoline. In 1898, he invented ‘Tokheim Dome Oil Pump’ to do the job. The popularity of his invention, then, led to organizing the Tokheim Manufacturing Company in Cedar Rapids, Iowa in 1901. Currently the pump sits on a non-original husky tank. All The gas pump seem to be missing is a original tank. Perfect for restoration or as a decor piece. The piece appears to be in good condition for its age. Measures: 76" H x 18" Diameter

This is an excellent circa 1940 Rock-Ola Luxury Lightup Jukebox. The rare original jukebox has 20 selections and includes original period 78 rpm vinyl records. The piece was recently refurbished showing a beautiful condition. The machine works and lights up with a waterfall like motion on either side of the piece. It is part of the D Series #58462 Type 1AS-40. The piece is in good condition but does show some light wear. The machine works wonderfully with records 15-20 having issues.
