Additionally, a 15% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted by Proxibid, along with any applicable sales tax. 6. Shipping: Oliver’s Auction handles shipping. Large items are not shipped, but other items are sent via FedEx or USPS. Pickup is available during specified times. you will receive a separate invoice for shipping from Shippingsaint. Once invoice is paid item will be shipped in a timely manner. 7.Winning Notification: If you win an item, you’ll receive an email notification after the auction or the next business day. The auction day invoice will be used for billing. 8. Bidder Information: Bidders must provide name, address, phone number, and email for effective communication. 9. Fees and Disputes: The purchaser agrees to pay attorney fees and a 2% monthly fee for unpaid balances. Disputes are heard in Anderson County, South Carolina. 10.
