Titles to vehicles will be provided by the Estate via certified mail to the address you provided at registration. Per Colorado law the title will pass directly from the seller to the buyer. No dealer’s license is involved in these transactions. The vehicle will be released to the buyer once payment has been accepted. The title will be mailed within 45 days of the auction date. All vehicles are being sold AS-IS and not running. The buyer is responsible for all applicable sales taxes at their place of registration. Items marked B.O.S.- or Bill of Sale or No Title are being sold as parts only with a Bill of Sale. Your paid receipt will act as your only receipt. WITHDRAWAL. PAC reserves the right to withdraw any property from the auction prior to sale. PROTESTS, DISPUTES AND THE AUCTIONEER. PAC reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder. The highest bidder, acknowledged by the Auctioneer, will be the purchaser. The Auctioneer shall have sole and final discretion as to the disposition of any dispute including the re-offer and resale of any article in dispute. PAC records will be deemed conclusive in all respect in the event there is any dispute after the sale. GUARANTEE. All property offered for sale is as is, where is. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES. PAC does not guarantee or make warranties on any lot sold. Descriptions in the catalog are opinion. They are written as an aid to potential bidders.
