MADSEN LMG ACCESSORY KIT.

Lot # 1100 (Sale Order: 101 of 693)

Madsen LMG was adopted by the Danish Army in 1902 breaking ground for future designs. Though it was expensive to mfg. it had a reputation for being reliable & was sold in...more almost 3 dozen countries in a dozen different caliber's over it's 100 year service span. Here we have several parts pieces, tools & accessories for the M46 to provide another lifetime of action. 1) MAGS: collectively we have 37 magazines in 4 separate containers. 2 containers are custom built, custom stenciled wooden storage & transport crates that are more attractive than any of the originals in this catalogers opinion. 2 Are metal storage boxes that hold 5 magazines each w/ dividers separating each magazine. Also included is a wooden magazine repair tool w/ thin steel skins on both sides. 2) TOOLS: Madsen offered several gunners kits that customers could mix & match to serve their own purpose. If you are fortunate enough to locate them they are often known by there common factory offering as kit A, B or C. Their is an additional tool collection often referred to as a Madsen LMG gunners kit which contains yet another set of tools. In this grouping we have all four. Each kit is contained in a leather pouch w/ one or more pockets for large parts or smaller metal boxes for smaller parts. Each kit is quite complete based on our research having almost every single part between all four kits accounted for. The only exception are a few tiny parts in kit A to the best of my knowledge. 3) ACCESSORIES: Madsen LMG monopod accessory. This extremely well built device attaches to the underside of the rear stock. when combined w/ the bipod, converts the Madsen into a field expedient tripod mounted LMG as well as stabilizing the platform it allows for micro elevation adjustment. Complete w/ leather bandoleer. PROVENANCE: The Mark Genovese Collection. (02-12623 W/ 02-12624, 02-12625, 02-12626, 02-12627, 02-12628, 02-12629, 02-12630, 02-12631, 02-12632/JZ). COLD WAR ERA SOVIET RUSSIAN SVD W/ SCOPE & MAG

Lot # 1105 (Sale Order: 107 of 693)

RIFLE MFG BY IZHMASH ARSENAL. Cal. 7.62x54R. S# R-309. Bbl. 27.25" over flash hider. The Russian SVD rifle was more of a sniper/counter sniper system then it was a simple...more long gun. Chambered in 7.62x54R it had the capability of reaching long distances, but that wasn't the only outstanding feature to this system. Combined w/ the PSO-1 sniper scope it had the ability not only to function as a range finder & bullet drop compensator in the traditional fashion but it was actually designed early on to detect enemy infrared light use in order to take out key personnel who would be equipped w/ night vision equipment. The PSO-1 scope was a 4x optic w/ a 24mm objective. It utilized a switchable illuminated retical & incorporated a rubber eye cup to shield the user from having an illuminated face during use. It also offered an integral sliding sun shade to extend the overall scope length by approx. 2.5". The night vision detector feature had to be charged w/ sunlight in order to function & it could run for approx. 48 hrs. on a single charge. This rifle has the fletched arrow makers mark inside a triangle on the bottom of the receiver indicating that it was mfg. in the Izhmash Arsenal, around the year 1967. Rifle has a hooded protected post front sight that is drift adj. for windage & the rear sight is an adj. ladder adj. 1200 meters. The s# A reverse R-309 is also stamped on the bolt carrier & receiver trigger group section. The stock is stamped "D7764" & still boasts the clamp on leather check pad. The wood forend has 6 horizontal slots (3 on each side) & bares the familiar reddish tint common when these rifles occasionally surface. The correct side attached scope mount still retains the rubber scope objective lens cover. MAGS: 1-10 rd. mag. that appears to be of Russian origin. Mag. front strap marked "X 925 1". CONDITION: all exterior steel surfaces are parkerized & boast a complete finish aside from minor scratching & thinning on some high areas. Forend has some scratches, primarily where it meets the gas block, assumed from leaning rack wear. The rear stock matches the forend in condition & color w/ no major cosmetic or structural inadequacies. The leather cheek piece has several sm. areas of wear more affecting it's cosmetic appearance than its functionality which remains unchanged. The scope mount bears the hammer & sickle below the star along w/ the letters "NCO-1 NO7764 1967r". Bore looks shiny w/ well pronounced rifling. Fire control mechanism appears to function correctly when fired by hand. (19-4516/JZ). MODERN. $12,000-16,000.

Depending on the position of the box, mounted on the left side or the right side of the action, it would serve as a feeding box for linked or belted ammo and when it is mounted on the right side it would act as a link or belt reservoir. Boxes were attached by use of an adapter that was mounted inside the standard 5.56mm mag well. This lot also includes mag-well adapter. Also included are 12 of the later feed boxes measuring approx. 5.5" in length & 5" in width, constructed of metal. These mounted to the adapter just like the originals & had a hinged top cover to make long term storage more secure. 10 Of the metal canisters reside in a custom wood shipping / storage crate stenciled " 2000 .22 LR BELTED", signifying suitable storage for 10- 200 rd. loaded magazines. There are 2 belts of dummy rds. for display purposes consisting of 32 rds. in links & a short 50 rd. belt w/ a tab riveted on each end containing 44 dummy rds. Also included are 10 - 200 rd. cloth belts. Also included a 16" factory Razorback bbl. Shiny bore w/ good rifling. Threaded 1/2x28 w/ knock off AR15 A2 style flash hider. CONDITION: 10 of the metal boxes are either new or lightly used. 2 Metal boxes have incomplete locking mechanisms. The adapter is like new w/ a locking hinged floor plate & interfaces w/ both styles of boxes included in this lot. Of the early plastic boxes 7 of them appear to be in good condition mechanically & aesthetically. The remaining 7 boxes may have broken hinges, mounting blocks or a combination of both. PROVENANCE: Mark Genovese Collection. (02-12699/JZ) NON-GUN. $800-1,200.

RPB INDUSTRIES OPEN BOLT M10 SEMI AUTO PISTOL.

Lot # 1118 (Sale Order: 120 of 693)

Cal. 9mm Luger. S# 82-0001152. Bbl. 5.75". The RPB industries M10, often mistakenly referred to as the Mac 10 (evidently sounds cooler to the Hollywood crowd), was origin...moreally offered in semi auto as an open bolt system just like its predecessor the M10 SMG. The BATF determined that the open bolt semi autos met the criteria of a machine gun under the "readily restorable" clause & banned mfg., grandfathering those that were assembled on or before June 21, 1982 under ATF ruling 82-8. Like everything else, the Federal Government tells citizens they can not have, interest in the early originals immediately skyrocketed & they have been considered highly prized collectibles for almost 40 years now. This particular example is in beautiful condition & includes a few extras that only increase the rarity & collectability. At first glance this appears to be an early SMG or an even rarer SBR, when in reality it is simply a pre 82 open bolt pistol w/ a non functional stock added for aesthetics. Bbl. threaded w/ traditional 3/4x10 threads which host the non functional suppressor / bbl. extension to further enhance this package. Factory fixed front & rear sights. Rotating cocking knob locks the action closed as an additional safety. Factory safety located front right side of trigger. Original front hanger strap. MAGS: 1 Cobray 30 rd. steel mag. blocked to 10 rds., which can be easily converted back to full capacity. UNATTACHED ACCESSORIES: original Ingram operator's manual. Original Ingram / Cobray box. CONDITION: shiny bore w/ good rifling. Exterior finish overall very good to near excellent w/ only the slightest hint of use evident. Stampings & logos highlighted in white. Appears to function correctly when cycled by hand. PROVENANCE: Mark Genovese Collection. (19-719, 02-12621/JZ). MODERN. $1,000-1,500.

Lot # 1119 (Sale Order: 121 of 693)

Cal. 12 Ga., 2 3/4". S# AA10015. Bbl. 21 1/2". The Spas 12 had its breakout moment as soon as it was used in the movie "Terminator". The unique folding stock design incor...moreporates a "J" hook which in theory is to accommodate 1 handed shooting. The action is selectable between semi auto & pump action. The action can be opened w/out loading a rd. from the on board tubular mag. allowing a specialty rd. to be dropped in w/out having to cycle through the entire mag. For the design purpose of the dual action is to allow the cycling of low pressure rds. such as less lethal, by utilizing the pump since they have inadequate pressure to cycle in semi auto. Blade front sight. Fixed peep rear sight. Threaded muzzle. Ventilated handguard covers top & sides. Synthetic furniture. Factory dark black finish on receiver w/ matte parkerized finish on other exposed metal parts. CONDITION: folding stock locks firm in both open & closed position.
