Colt 1st Gen Single Action Army Revolver c.1917, 32-20 cal, 4 3/4 BBL, nickel finish, mother-of-pearl grips, #336861. 90-95% old good quality re-nickel finish remains with mostly well-defined markings except hoofs of Rampant Colt polished away. Good two line BBL address and other markings. All matching serial numbers. Front sight reduced a bit but good overall appearance. Bore serviceable and action good. Grips are older with nice colors and some small chips and losses at toes. Ejector rod changed to modern blued type. A descent pre-war single action. Kriegsmarine officers dagger, German navy 1935-45. E. &. F. Hörster, SOLINGEN in double oval with stylized sword and company letters TM. Gilded brass hilt fittings show light surface wear/age to highlights of the eagle, swastika pommel and fouled anchor crossguard and quillon block. The off-white celluloid grip shows a couple of minor hairline cracks, complete with tightly twisted brass wire wrap. Plated double-etched blade grades very good/bright showing only minor surface wear/runner marks to the obverse and reverse but, no nicks. Blade retains 99% of the light gray background frosting in the fouled anchor and floral motif etch pattern. Gilded brass lightning bolt scabbard shows nice toning. Push-button release, leather washer in place. Dagger is complete with original portepee tied in correct reef knot.

Co. based out of The Colt Armory complex in Hartford, Connecticut. The company is renowned for their superb quality and finish but went out of business in 2011. This revolver features blued finish, case colored frame and hammer, 7 1/2" barrel, blade front sight, v notched rear sight, bulls eye ring ejector, fluted six-shot cylinder, 3 line black powder patent dated along with "U.S." on the left frame, 1st gen hammer spur checkering, cylinder pin retaining screw, and smooth one-piece walnut grip dated 1878 with "HN cartouches on both sides, "HN" stamped in frame below serial number, on top of backstrap, hammer, bottom of left grip and on cylinder and underside of barrel All visible serial numbers match and the barrel is marked with the single line USFA address on the top. Bore and charge holes are excellent/bright, strong rifling. Retains approximately 99% of its original finish showing very slight drag line. Wood grip is excellent. Exceptional single-action revolver chambered in .45 Colt, produced by United States Fire Arms Mfg. Co. based out of The Colt Armory complex in Hartford, Connecticut. The company is renowned for their superb quality and finish but went out of business in 2011. This revolver features blued finish, 5.5" barrel, blade front sight, v notched rear sight, bulls eye ring ejector, fluted six-shot cylinder, black powder patent dated, 1st gen hammer spur checkering, cylinder pin retaining screw, and smooth one-piece walnut grip. All visible serial numbers match and the barrel is marked with the single line USFA address on the top. Bore and charge holes are bright, very good condition. Retains approximately 98% of its original finish showing slight drag line and minor handling marks. Wood grip is excellent. Action is smooth with tight lock up. WW1 era bolt action US Military rifle manufactured circa 1938. Refurbished/rebuilt for use in WW2. Features 24" barrel, blade front sight with clip-on protector, Marked "R", "U.S." with flaming bomb, rear sight removed and correct Lyman 48 adjustable peep sight installed, Second variation (1919-1947) had the same size mounting block of the first and required the stock to be cut. The slide was shortened to 1.75 inches and graduated into 125 points ( Source-CMP). Manual safety, Polished WL 3 bolt, (1921-28) sling swivels, stacking swivel. S stock without grasping grooves. Bore is very good condition/bright with some scattered areas of very light pinprick pitting. reblued finish is about 98% with very minor edge wear. Refinished walnut stock and handguard are very good condition, matching colors, with minor dents and other handling marks. Correct "J.F.A. in box cartouche on left wrist. Colonel Frank J. Atwood, the chief of the Rochester (NY) Ordnance District 1942-1945 with the chief of the Rochester (NY) Ordnance District 1942-1945. Crossed cannons, and "P" in circle on lower grip, 5 small cartouches in front of triggerguard. Serial number dates the receiver to 1942. Barrel marked "SA" over ordnance bomb over "3-38" The Springfield markings on the receiver ring are crisp/clear, but the barrel markings and stock cartouches are feint due to refurbishing. , hinged smooth steel buttplate, correct oiler in buttstock. NRA Condition-Very Good. C&R firearm.
