Radom FB Vis 35 P35 9mm Semi-Automatic Pistol

This Polish designed pistol was likely made in German during WWII. Production of the Vis began in 1935 at the Fabryka Broni factory in Radom, and became the standard handgun of the Polish Army. After the start of World War II, occupying German forces took over the country's munitions and industry; the pistol was then produced at Steyr factory. Date of manufacture is unknown, however is a lower serial number than most on the market today with an "G" prefix. This pistol features a 4-7/10" barrel with notch and blade sights. Left side of the slide is stamped "F.B. RADOM VIS Mod 35. Pat Nr15567" with two German WaA77 proof marks. Left side decocker with a grip safety. Right side of the frame is stamped with serial number and proof mark on the trigger guard. Fitted with factory FB black checkered synthetic grips and lanyard loop on the base. Includes magazine. CONDITION: Retains 60%+ finish with fading and wear on the right side slide. Grips show light wear. Great bore and good mechanics, spring is sticky on the magazine. CALIBER: 9mm. S/N: G0743. FFL STATUS: Curio & Relic.

Rare Smith & Wesson US Victory Model WWII US Property GHD Stamped .38 S&W Revolver w/ S&W Letter

Manufactured by Smith and Wesson in 1942. This Victory revolver from World War II has matching serial numbers with the correct "US PROPERTY GHD" stamping on the top strap. This particular revolver was manufactured for the British Commonwealth countries through the Lend Lease Program. These were also used as standard issued side arms for US Navy and Marine air crews due to their size and ease of operation. Features a 4" pinned barrel with rear integrated notch sight and half-moon front. Stamped "SMITH & WESSON" on the left side of the barrel, "38 S&W SPECIAL CTG." on the right of the barrel. Right side of the frame is stamped "MADE IN U.S.A." with the S&W logo below the hammer. Double/single action with the addition of a trigger shoe. Factory lanyard D-ring on the base of the grip. Blued finish with a six-round swing-out cylinder. Fitted with factory but non-correct walnut checkered grips with silver tone S&W medallions. Includes Smith & Wesson Historical letter that confirms this revolver was a United States Government purchase under the Lend Lease program. CONDITION: Retains 85%+ reapplied finish showing light oxidations spots most notably where the barrel meets the frame. Grips show light wear. Nice bore and good mechanics. CALIBER: 38 S&W. Manufactured in 1944 by the Remington Rand typewriter company for War relief efforts. This M1911 features a 5" barrel, standard rear notch and ramp iron sights. Parkerized matte finish throughout. Grip safety and manual thumb safety. Left side of the slide is stamped "REMINGTON RAND INC., SYRACUSE, N.Y. U.S.A". Inspector stamp "FJA" Frank J Atwood on the left side of the frame behind the trigger. Right side of the frame is stamped "UNITED STATES PROPERTY, M1911 A1 U.S. ARMY, NO. 2023785". Crossed cannon proof stamp is lightly visible on the back side of the frame. Fitted with checkered wood grips. Base has a lanyard loop. Includes original 8 round magazine stamped on the toe "R". Includes a Colt Tokyo Bay Commemorative wood display case. CONDITION: Retains 80% matte finish with most wear on the grip straps with light surface rust spots. Good bore and mechanics. World War 2 Naval Japanese Katana

Japanese World War 2 naval sword with a stainless steel blade with straight polished tempered line with 25" cutting edge. Sword has ray skin covered Saya(scabbard) with two lanyard rings and brass Habaki, copper plain oval Tsuba with nicely wrapped Tsuka with brown colored shark skin covering and brown tassel and wrapping. Under Tsuba the shaft is marked with a 1942 date and a maker's mark Kongi. CONDITION: Blade is in good condition with no visible cracks or nicks. Saya (scabbard) has no cracks or scrapes with only some small scratches. Tsuka shows sweat stains but is in good condition with tassel unattached to suka (handle). A nice example of a World War Two Naval Katana showing the use of materials on hand.

German World War II Kriegsmarine Dagger by Alcoso

Made by Alcoso in Solingen, Germany during the 3rd Reich. The sword has a 9-1/2" ribbed blade with an Alcoso maker mark with a floral brass hand guard with a Naval anchor, a wire-wrapped yellow ribbed handle, and an eagle with a swastika brass tip. The sword is housed in a 2 lanyard brass stippled scabbard. CONDITION: Overall good with an unsharpened blade with some discoloration. Brass has a dull unpolished appearance with handle in good condition. The scabbard is lightly discolored with a small dent near the tip.

Oakleaf and black leather wire-wrapped handle with Brass Eagle and Swastika. 30" steel black painted scabbard with single lanyard ring and polished guide with SS Runes logo. CONDITION: Overall good with some paint flaking on the scabbard.

Lot also contains a 1974 vintage American Dollar Bill signed by Simone Alexandre Renaud. She is known as the "Mother of Normandy" for her assistance to U.S. Paratroopers during the invasion. Both items are from the Dr. John K. Lattimer Collection and are accompanied by a JSA certification letter. CONDITION: Good condition with no real flaws.

German WWII NR 0830 Artillery Howitzer Shell Carrier Wicker Basket

Lot # 533 (Sale Order: 34 of 424)      

This vintage shell basket was used during World War II to transport and store artillery shells safely. It's lightweight yet durable design was to protect shells from dama...morege and make them easier to carry. They were commonly used by German field artillery units, particularly for large-caliber shells, ensuring they remained intact during transport to the front lines. They were often discarded after use, making them rare collectibles today. Includes four metal hinged lid shell containers for 10.5mm shells, one still has the original label intact. Black painted label on the front is faded but appears to read "Nr / 0830". Metal strips across the top on each side and canvas handles on each end. CONDITION: Wicker shows light wear from handling and storage. Label on top shows some loss. Lids still close tightly.

Korean War KIA Purple Heart Belonging to Vincent R. Hall

This Purple Heart was presented posthumously to the family of P.F.C. Vincent R. Hall. Serial Number: 52119882 from Kanawha, West Virginia. Hall was assigned to the 25th I...morenfantry Division and arrived in Inchon, Korea on February 12, 1952 as stated in a letter to his family to be assigned as a replacement. Hall was killed on March 5, 1952 at an unknown location. The 25th Infantry was one of the most decorated divisions in the Korean War. This lot contains the original Purple Heart Medal with "Vincent R. Hall" engraved on back. Medal comes in it's original case with collar, uniform bars, Purple Heart "Mother's" Pin in original box, and a letter to Hall's Family, stating his arrival and condition. CONDITION: Good Condition

Single-sided cardboard sign has excellent color. The sign features a gentleman with a rifle in the left field with a box of 22 NRA Long Rifle cartridges in the right field. The field is exceptionally clean with a handful of tiny discolored areas. The perimeter has light wear and minor chipping to the edges. The reverse retains the factory easel back and the sign has been shrink-wrapped to foam board. Overall a fantastic advertising display with amazing graphics. Marked C5-54. 4" H x 18" W.

Fitted with aluminum micrometer rings and recoil spring. Comes with original steel caps. CONDITION: Reticule is clear with good crosshair. Blue has light edge and operation wear. Front adjustment is frozen and is in need of attention. Rear bell has small ding near edge.

Rare Sharps Model 1878 Borchardt Mid-Range Rifle

Made by the Sharps Rifle Company of Bridgeport, Connecticut between 1878 and 1881. According to Sharps historian Richard Labowskie this rifle shows up as a military model. These guns were constantly remodeled and sold as other variations. This gun is a Mid-Range rifle of which only 215 were produced. This is a Standard Mid-Range configuration weighing 9lbs. 10 oz. with a 30" blued tapered barrel in 40-70 Sharps Bottle Neck caliber. Fitted with Windage front sight and Lawrence style rear graduated site and Sharps Mid-Range Vernier tang sight. Barrel is marked with "Old Reliable" marking and "Sharps Rifle Co. Bridgeport, Conn" stamping with "Cal 40-1 7/8" marking at breech. Case hardened action with standard trigger and hard rubber side panels. Walnut checkered pistol grip stock with steel grip cap and Sharps Rifle Company checkered hard rubber buttplate. Matching checkered walnut Schnabel forend. Hard rifle to find. Jack T. Livengood Collection LOP: 13-7/8". CONDITION: 90% plus original barrel blue with some freckling from poor storage. 90% fading case colors with action turning a dull silver. Wood has traces of varnish with wear resembling wear from sweat from a nervous shooter. Excellent bore and mechanics. CALIBER: 40-70 BN. S/N: 17133. FFL STATUS: Antique.

J.P. Lower Marked 1874 Rifle in .44 Caliber

Made originally by the Sharps Rifle Manufacturing Company of Hartford, Connecticut circa 1874. The rifle was obtained by J.P. Lower of Denver, Colorado; or even sometimes guns were made up by this firm from spare parts into rifles to supply the huge buffalo hunting expeditions on the plains at that time. The rifle has a 30" octagon barrel in 44-90 caliber with a filed German silver sight and Lawrence-marked rare flip sight. The barrel is marked with "Sharp Rifle Manufg. Co. Hartford, Conn." address and "J.P. Lower" stamping and "Calibre 44" at breech. The barrel is serial numbered "C54099" under the forearm not matching the action serial number of "C53798". Case-hardened action with plain trigger and Sharps Patent markings. Walnut pistol grip replacement stock with original Sharps checkered hard rubber buttplate. Replacement walnut forearm with Lower-style pewter nose cap rifle. The rifle is fitted with period sling swivels. A prime example of a western hunting rifle of the period by a legendary company and western period dealer. Jack T. Livengood Collection CONDITION: 80% fading to plum original barrel blue. Traces of case colors with some corrosion marks. Stocks have excellent finish as both are replacements. Good bore with good mechanics. CALIBER: 44. S/N: C53798. FFL STATUS: Antique.
