1. This auction is open for pre-bidding now. Lots will close at the fall of the hammer onsite the day of the auction. Auction items will be sold from low to high in number. Buyers both onsite and online will be given adequate time typical in the auction industry to enter and submit their bid. Keep in mind, lot’s tend to go quickly, so be prepared to bid.
2. Preview for this auction will be Friday April 12th from 11am to 2:00pm at 17609 Storage Road Omaha, NE 68136.
From 180th and Harrison St travel South on Harrison St to Storage Rd and Turn East.
3. The pickup of items is Monday April 15th from 1pm to 4pm or by appointment for vehicles, trailers, skid loader, cargo vans and box trucks.
4. All items are offered and sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with all faults. We encourage you to come to the preview to see and inspect the items.
5. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate.
6. NOTICE: Be sure to bring the help, manpower, boxes, carts and vehicles needed to move your items. The The Auction Mill Team will not be available to load, lift carry, move, disassemble or haul your purchases.
7. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
8. The Auction Mill reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion.
9. All Bidding from Proxibid Is Done Online, Buyers may attend the live auction in person and bid.
10. This auction has a 12% – 18% buyers premium, depending on the asset.
