PAYMENT TERMS:
Once the auction is concluded, you will be emailed an invoice, you may pay in person when you pickup your items, there is a 3% Discount for Payment in Cash or Approved Check (Prefer Cashiers or Certified Checks). If you fail to pickup on time, your credit card will be billed for your purchases. Anyone who hasn't paid within 72hrs of the auction closing will have their card on file billed.

IMPORTANT: We have had issues with local buyers picking up on time, therefore, we will bill a storage fee of $5/day for everyday your items sit waiting at our shop for pickup, starting the day after the last advertised pickup day. Our offices are open most days from 9am to 4:30pm, call before coming for your items to ensure someone is at the shop.
For Tax Exempt Buyers: To Update Your File to Be Tax Exempt; Log Into Proxibid.com, Once Logged In, In the top right corner, Hover Mouse Over "My Account", select "My Proxibid", On the Left Hand Menu Click "Tax Exemptions" and Fill Out the Form. Your Tax Exempt Status Must Be Updated Through Proxbid as They Collect the Tax, Not Through Our Firm.

Some Auctions that take place at our warehouse, small items will most likely be shipped in-house, auctions that take place off-site or require larger or special boxing or packaging, PakMail will generally handle the shipment of smaller packages and items. Large items will likely be handled by Craters and Freighters. We suggest you contact either company for any specific related questions. UPS also offers nationwide freight.

Please bring the tools, help, equipment, boxes, and the vehicle you need to take your items with you. Some items might be located in different areas throughout the property. Some walking may be required.
All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. We encourage you to come to the preview to see and inspect the items. Keep in mind that some, most, or all of these items are used and may have some flaws, etc. We encourage you to preview the items in person if possible.
All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate. Any mention of an item's condition is not an official grading of the item's condition. When you are not certain of the condition or wear of an item, please bid accordingly.
