No half title on fly leaf. On the last three lines of p. 72, type is broken. Olive green cloth covers lettered in gilt front and spine (eliminating the word "Connecticut" on cover). Gilt device on spine; stamped on front in gilt, blue, & black is a decoration of an armored knight, shield, top-hat, etc. Tiny olive & white wallpaper print eps. Copyrighted 1889 by Clements.
