All composition with socket head, brown sleep eyes, smoky-grey eyeshadow, brushstroked high arched brows, lashes, three curled side-lashes at each outer eye ...morecorners, closed mouth with very full outlined lips, blonde mohair in elaborate coiffure with very full bangs and arranged curls to mid-back torso, jointing at shoulders and hips. Wearing original ecru lace gown (zipper back and metal bosom shapes) with three tiers of taffeta faille ruffles at the lower skirt which are gathered into a draped cluster at the back, white cotton petticoat and panties with cutwork ruffles, stockings, black shoes with burgundy silk ankle ties, and woven bonnet designed to sit atop her head, with upturned back brim trimmed with twenty-two shaded pale pink roses and a pink satin streamer which falls back her back hair and is attached in a bow at the bottom, with matching reticule. Near mint condition. Madame Alexander, with original cloverleaf tag, very beautiful glowing complexion and artistic painting of features, perfect original coiffure and costume, 1946.

Wearing tagged intricately constructed ivory satin two-piece gown with padded draped bosom, shoulder drapes, and skirt that features knee-length draping at the front above a lace and satin lower skirt, and with an elaborate five-tier graduated-size bustle arrangement at the back, lace bodice and sleeves, matching satin panties, embroidered lace veil over a coronet of flowers, net stockings and cream slippers, cameo at the neckline, bouquet with satin ribbon streamers which includes rarely seen silk daisies. The gown is tagged "Madame Alexander New York All Rights Reserved". Very good/excellent condition, some wear to tulle of sleeves and bodice, bouquet dusty, few small spots on bodice. Alexander, with gold foil Fashion Academy medallion on wrist, the very rare model known as "Victorian Bride" wears superb couturier gown, 1951.
