Of fine cotton, the doll has one-piece head and torso, stitch-jointed arms and legs, mitten fingers with separate thumbs, hand-painted facial features, outlined pale blue eyes, painted lashes, nose shape, and outlined red lips, unusual "hair" comprised of silky floss bangs, and yellow cotton wig cap with matching cotton strips designed to allow a child to braid or otherwise design the doll hair.
