Please check the zones from which your requesting shipping for cost and fees. I have provided 2 emails for persons who work with us on occasion and are willing to ship at an extremely fare rate. You will need to of course pay for boxes and shipping material. You will also have to EMAIL THEM direct for arrangements. Make sure this is done in the allotted time frame. We have a deadline to turn over the key to a Developer and we then loose rights to enter the property. Also, please allow at least a week to 10 days for shipping if there are special box needs as they will have to pick up the material necessary to ship and we are still only semi-open due to COVID-19. They will pick up and pack then call you direct for shipping payment. Since some of these items are very fragile I would recommend insurance as well. Also, they use Pal Pal. If you cannot use PayPal then they will contact me to reach out to you for your credit card payment. For the Bridgeport and other heavier Items, I have contacted a Rigger if necessary for you and can provide his number if you are the winning bidder and we can also arrange a forklift if necessary. (I am willing to chip in for the rental but we will all have to share the fees at 50.00 per person. Rental will be for 1 day and towards the end of the auction after all the smalls have been picked up. (Be aware a Forklift rental is 250.00 per day)). ONCE AGAIN: All items must be out of the home by COB on the last day of removal as I need to return the keys. Auction will begin ending at 3 pm on September 30th 2020. We will process credit cards NLT 01 October 2020. Pick up/Removal will be Friday, 02 October 2020, Saturday 03 October 2020, Sunday 04 October 2020, Monday 05 October 2020. For the BRIDGEPORT, JET, And BANDSAW removal will be on Tuesday 06 October 2020, also the truck. (By Appointment only) - due to still following the COVID-19 policies.
