Shipping Instructions: All items will be shipped USPS (POSTAL) with insurance and delivery confirmation. NO EXCEPTIONS. A minimal amount will be charged for boxes and packing materials.
Preview Date & Times: VanBeek Auction has a weekly auction schedule of Sunday’s and Wednesday’s. Wednesday’s auction preview will be Tuesday from 10 AM - 5 PM CST. Sunday’s auction preview will be Friday from 10 AM - 5 PM CST.
Checkout Date & Times: VanBeek Auction has auctions every Sunday and Wednesday. Sunday’s auction pickup will be Mon & Tues from 10 AM - 5 PM Wednesday’s auction pickup will be Thurs & Fri from 10 AM - 5 PM There is a 2 business day limit to holding items.

All items sold on strict cash terms and on an AS-IS and Where-IS Basis with no returns. We are not experts on every type of item and the final inspection is ultimately the purchaser's responsibility. If the purchaser or a third party on behalf of the purchaser would like to inspect the items, we are more than happy to accommodate them. We have multiple pictures of all items, so please inspect them closely and ask questions ahead of time. All items will be shipped within 15 business days after receiving Payment. Please ask first with any and all questions, it is easier to deal with it ahead of time vs. later.
