It bears the German production code "fnh" on the left si...morede of the slide, an eagle/WaA76 Nazi acceptance stamp on the right side of the frame, Nazi eagle proof stamp on the top of the slide and matching serial numbers "437017" on the frame and top of the slide. This pistol comes with a period correct brown leather holster which is stamped "P. Mod. 27" along with the year of production "1942", the Czech rampant lion inside an N proof mark, and the same German WaA76 acceptance mark found on the pistol. The magazine is correctly marked "P Mod 27" on the bottom. SPECS: Phosphate military finish, 3.9" barrel, brown checkered Bakelite wrap-around grips with embossed CZ logo, four-groove rear slide serrations, dovetailed v-notch rear sight, fixed blade front sight, semi-concealed round serrated hammer, thumb safety, slide stop, loaded chamber indicator and 8-round steel magazine. CONDITION: This pistol is in good condition with some various light surface wear, has an excellent sharp/ clean bore and appears to be in good working order. HISTORY: The vz. 27 is a Czechoslovakian semi-automatic pistol, based on the previous Model vz. 24 that was chambered for 7.65 Browning/.32 ACP and produced from 1927-1950. Production can be broken down into three periods; pre-war (1927-1939), German WWII production (1940-1945), and post-war production (1945-1950). When Germany secured Czechoslovakia in 1939, the entire Czech arms industry was put into motion. The German army for instance, satisfied with the Czech LT-38 tanks, incorporated them into Panzer regiments under the designation Panzerkampfwagon 38t. Pistols were no exception to this rule. The Heereswaffenamt (German Army Weapons Office) examined the Czech Cz-27 and, liking what they saw, ordered Ceska Zbrojovka to continue producing the sidearm. The CZ plant at Strakonice was renamed Bohmische Waffenfabrik AG and production was restarted on the pistol which was given the German designation Pistole Modell 27. These sidearms were primarily issued to security forces and police units, while the Luftwaffe and Army also employed the pistol. Upon the conclusion of the war, the company quickly returned to its old name and to production of the Cz-27 as well. The Czech government ordered 45,000 which were produced in 1945 to 1946. In the late 1940s, the pistol was exported to a number of countries and military contracts were signed with India, Poland, and several South American nations. Model 27 production was officially phased out in 1950 with the introduction of the 7.65mm Cz-50. SHIPPING - We offer free shipping anywhere within the continental US. All firearms must be sent to an FFL (or C&R if applicable) regardless of age or caliber. This includes antiques & muzzleloaders.

CONDITION: This pistol is in good condition with some various light wear, has an excellent sharp/ clean bore and appears to be in good working order. HISTORY: The French Model 17 "Unique" pistol was a rebranded Spanish Ruby pistol produced by d’Armes de Pyrenees Francaises better known by the acronym MAPF, starting in 1937. The company, d’Armes des Pyrennees Francaises (MAPF) had been producing a Ruby type pistol in France since 1928. The French Model 17 competed against the Model 1935 for a military contract but ultimately failed to secure military adoption. However, with war looming in 1939, French Model 17s were issued in small numbers to help outfit French soldiers. In June of 1940, the French fell to the invading German army who took over production of the French Model 17 pistol. The German Occupation Model was an improved design that sported a case hardened hammer and arched curved grip which gave a more comfortable hold in the shooter's hand. These pistols were marked with the Waffenamt Eagle WaA251, and later WaAD30A. A French Ministry of War letter states that 18,000 of the Unique 17 pistols were procured before the French surrender on 22 June, 1940. Approximately 20,000 German models were produced during occupation - ending at approximate serial number 77,000. SHIPPING - We offer free shipping anywhere within the continental US. Committed to keeping manufacturing in the United States, Altamont purchased their first permanent building location in 1989 with 40,000 square feet of space in Thomasboro, Illinois. New buildings were later added on as the company grew until the original land was filled. Altamont Co. has since expanded to multiple plants with more than 200,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space. In 1992, Altamont introduced the first laser checkering to the firearm's industry. In recent years, Altamont has focused on deep relief engraving and textures typically absent from the gun industry or only available by custom engraving masters. Using a combination of a modern approach and old-world craftsmanship techniques, Altamont has produced unprecedented Special Editions and stunning designs for every top gun manufacturer to include Beretta, Browning, Colt, Kimber, Ruger, Sig-Sauer, Smith & Wesson, Springfield Armory, Taurus, and Walther. The company also offers consumers a wide variety of options for custom engravings and embellishments that can be ordered straight from the factory. In 2017, Altamont released a Special Edition Kimber 1911, the “American Patriot”, to celebrate the company’s 40th Anniversary. In 2018, the “Rising Eagle” Smith & Wesson 629 Revolver Special Edition was released. In 2020, Altamont partnered with Colt to make the factory grips for the long awaited 2020 Colt Python model. The company also released multiple spectacular Special Edition 2020 Colt Python models featuring their signature deep relief engravings. In 2023, the company introduced an Exhibition-Grade Browning 725 Citori shotgun. Today, Altamont Co. is the most sought-after custom firearms shop in the World, with firearms manufacturers requesting Special Edition contracts years in advance. 1975 Winchester 9422M (20"), 22 Win. Magnum, Lever-Action Rifle, F190947

Lot # 42

According to the Winchester Arms Collectors Organization 9422 serial number chart, this rifle was produced in 1975. SPECS: Smooth American walnut stock with glossed finis...moreh, 20 3/8" barrel with recessed crown, high luster polished bluing, black checkered buttpad with embossed Winchester logo, dovetailed adjustable elevator semi-buckhorn rear sight, hooded ramp front sight, grooved receiver top with mounted Bushnell Sportview 3-9x32 scope and 11-round tubular magazine. CONDITION: This rifle is in nice condition with very light wear, has an excellent sharp/ clean bore and appears to be in good working order. HISTORY: In 1972, Winchester Repeating Arms Company had just invested a large amount of money in computer-controlled manufacturing equipment that would help to update their sadly antiquated plant in New Haven, Connecticut. Embarrassed that economy moves had cheapened many of their firearms and tarnished Winchester's reputation for quality, the management sought to make a new flagship .22 rifle that would erase that image and reflect quality in every respect. The result was the Model 9422, and it did indeed revitalize Winchester's reputation. Although now no longer made, this lever action look-alike to the time-honored Model 94 .30-30 has become a sought-after modern classic. Winchester spared no expense in making the rifle as perfect as possible. The best materials were used; a milled forged steel frame and internal parts and a walnut stock were standard. The rifle was attractive, reliable, and accurate. Careful bluing and fitting were employed. Although traditional open sights were utilized, the receiver was grooved for scope mounting if desired. Following the Model 61 precedent, the rifle could be taken down into two major assemblies plus the bolt, allowing cleaning from the breech to protect the muzzle from damage. All in all, the new gun could easily be termed a masterpiece. SHIPPING - We offer free shipping anywhere within the continental US. All firearms must be sent to an FFL (or C&R if applicable) regardless of age or caliber. This includes antiques & muzzleloaders.

1940 (Pre-64) Winchester 94 (20"), 30 W.C.F., Lever-Action Rifle, 1228452

Lot # 44

According to the Winchester Arms Collectors Organization serial number database, this Model 1894 lever-action rifle was produced in 1940. CONDITION: This rifle is in good condition with some various light wear & bluing fade, has an excellent sharp/ clean bore and appears to be in good working order. HISTORY: The Winchester Model 1894, or Model 94, is a lever-action repeating rifle & carbine that became one of the most famous and popular hunting rifles of all time. It was designed by John Browning in 1894, and originally chambered to fire two metallic black powder cartridges, the .32-40 and .38-55. It was an almost instant success for Winchester. Its lightweight, compact design paired with the power packing punch, quickly made it popular among hunters. Its success was pushed even further during World War I after the U.S. Army signed an order for 1,800 rifles to members of the Signal Corps stationed in the Pacific Northwest. A "Pre-64" refers to a Winchester Model 94 lever-action rifle manufactured before 1964, which is considered by collectors to be a particularly desirable period due to the higher quality craftsmanship and materials used in earlier models, often featuring a better quality of wood and metalwork compared to later production runs; the "Pre-64" designation signifies a rifle made before the company's manufacturing practices changed significantly around that time. One of the best-selling lever action rifles in American history, the Winchester Model 1894 hit the one million mark in 1927. SHIPPING - We offer free shipping anywhere within the continental US. ENGRAVING INFO: When John Hancock penned his flourishing signature to the Declaration of Independence, he made a bold statement. Walther PPK/S - AAA Engraved "Regal" (3.3"), 380 ACP, Semi-Auto Pistol, AB149565

Lot # 49

ENGRAVING INFO: This Walther Model PPK/s semi-automatic pistol was master engraved by Merlin Enright of Altamont Co. on special order. This stainless steel work of art is...more selectively covered in deep relief scroll patterns. This is American engraving at its finest. The bright factory polish is accentuated by the contrasting sections of deep relief engraving. The scroll flows in the unique neoclassical signature style of the engraver. The select grade wood grips depict an American under the classic Walther banner on each side. The combination of depth and detail makes this piece a rare find. This is simply an elegant pistol. ADDITIONAL SPECS: DA/ SA trigger, 3.3" barrel, serrated top strap with fixed sights, rear slide serrations and 7-round stainless steel magazine. CONDITION: This pistol is in beautiful condition with no wear, has a perfect sharp/ clean bore and appears to be in good working order. This estate owned pistol is believed to have been purchased/ special ordered new. This gun does not come with the original box; however, if the family of the estate finds it while going through other personal property, the new buyer will inherit it - no guarantees. HISTORY: The Walther PP (police pistol) was developed by the German arm's manufacturer Carl Walther GmbH Sportwaffen in 1929. The series also includes the PPK, PPK/S, and PPK/E models. The original PP was designed for police use and was used by police forces in Europe in the 1930s and later. It was designed with several safety features, some of them innovative, including an automatic hammer block, a combination safety/de-cocker and a loaded chamber. The PPK ("police pistol criminal") was a smaller version of the PP with a shorter grip, barrel and frame. Nazi leader Adolf Hitler committed suicide with his PPK in the Fuhrerbunker in Berlin, and the fictional secret agent James Bond used a Walther PPK in many of the novels and films. The PPK/S was developed following the enactment of the Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA68) in the United States, the pistol's largest market. One of the provisions of GCA68 banned the importation of pistols and revolvers not meeting certain requirements of length, weight, and other "sporting" features into the United States. The PPK failed the "Import Points" test of the GCA68 by a single point. Walther addressed this situation by combining the PP's frame with the PPK's barrel and slide to create a pistol that weighed slightly more than the PPK. The additional ounce or two of weight of the PPK/S compared to the PPK was sufficient to provide the extra needed import points. ALTAMONT CO.
