1966 Ruger Bearcat - First Issue (4"), 22 LR, Revolver (W/ Holster), 79646

Lot # 151

According to Ruger's Bearcat Revolver production chart, this "1st Issue" Bearcat was produced in 1966 (pre-transfer bar). SPECS: Aluminum alloy frame with blued finish, a...moreluminum alloy trigger guard with brass finish, unfluted cylinder with roll marked bear & cougar design, smooth walnut grips with silver medallion Ruger logo inlays, 4" barrel, fixed groove rear sight, fixed serrated blade front sight and 6-shot cylinder. CONDITION: This revolver is in nice condition with light wear, has a sharp/ clean bore and appears to be in good working order. HISTORY: The Ruger Bearcat is a single-action, .22 caliber revolver that was introduced in 1958. It is based on the classic Remington single-action revolvers of the mid-19th century. Because of its compact size and frame, it was advertised as being ideal for hikers or campers in need of a .22 LR revolver, or "kit gun". It was produced in three "issues" - 1958–1971 (1st issue), 1971–1975 (2nd issue) & 1993–present New Bearcat (3rd issue). The original Bearcat (1st issue) featured a fixed Patridge front sight and a square notched rear. It was made with an alloy solid frame and uncheckered plastic grips that were later replaced with walnut grips. The Bearcat 2nd issue was marketed in 1971 as an improved version of the original Bearcat and advertised as the "Super Bearcat"; it featured an all-steel frame rather than an alloy frame. The Bearcat 3rd issue, also known as the New Bearcat, is Ruger's reintroduced model which came out in 1993. It features smooth rosewood grips with an embedded Ruger medallion. The New Bearcat also incorporated Ruger's new transfer bar safety system. In 2015, Ruger introduced a variant of the Bearcat with adjustable sights addressing a longstanding criticism of the limitations of the fixed sights. SHIPPING - We offer free shipping anywhere within the continental US. All firearms must be sent to an FFL (or C&R if applicable) regardless of age or caliber. This includes antiques & muzzleloaders.

1979 Ruger New Single-Six (5.5"), 22 LR, Revolver, 67-02604

Lot # 153

According to Ruger's online serial number database, this New Model (with transfer bar) Single-Six revolver was produced in 1979. Colt had discontinued the iconic Single Action Army prior to World War II, and few single-action revolvers were available to meet market demand for cowboy-style revolvers. Models produced prior to 1973 still operated the same way as the Colt SAA in that the hammer was half cocked to load and unload, and that the firearm was not safe to carry with all six chambers loaded due to the hammer resting upon the sixth chamber. A transfer bar was added to all models in 1974, at which time they were renamed "New Model" Single-Six. SHIPPING - We offer free shipping anywhere within the continental US. All firearms must be sent to an FFL (or C&R if applicable) regardless of age or caliber. This includes antiques & muzzleloaders.

It is marked "1916" on the top of t...morehe chamber and sports German military proof stamps. This gun is numbers matching on all visible parts, with exception of the safety lever, which is stamped "51" - the magazine has no markings. This pistol has been re-blued with a high luster polished finish and embellished with scroll leaf engravings, 24K gold receiver accents & 24K gold plating on the safety lever. This pistol sports a modern white plastic left grip - does not include a right grip. CONDITION: This pistol has no post-refurbish wear, has a nice sharp/ clean bore and appears to be in good working order. HISTORY: In 1908, the German Army adopted the Model P.08 Luger to replace the Reich's revolver in front-line service. The adoption of the LP 08, known as the "Artillery Luger", was authorized by the Kaiser on July 2, 1913. This P.08 variation was equipped with a 7.9 inch barrel, an 8-position tangent rear sight (calibrated to 870 yds) and a board-type shoulder stock with an attached leather holster. In the event of close combat, the pistol was intended to be used as a carbine with the shoulder stock attached to a lug mounted on the heel of the pistol frame. When set for long range use, the rear sight element visibly moves to the left to compensate for spin drift. While initially intended for use by German artillery units who could not be encumbered by the long and heavy K.98 rifle, the "Artillery Luger" was also used by Aviation units (prior to equipping aircraft with machine guns) as well as the infantry, primarily on the Western front during World War I. Stormtrooper infantry units frequently employed the Artillery Luger equipped with a new large magazine, the 32-round Trommelmagazin or 'snail' magazine. Production of the LP 08 "Artillery Luger" ended in 1918 with the end of the war. SHIPPING - We offer free shipping anywhere within the continental US. 1953 British Webley & Scott MK IV (4"), 38 S&W, Revolver, A51039

Lot # 171

According to the Webley & Scott Collectors Serial Number Reference Chart, this MK IV was produced in circa 1953. This revolver is marked "WEBLEY & SCOTT LTD/ BIRMINGHAM" ...moreon the top strap, "MARK IV .38" on the left side of the top strap, British proof stamps on the frame & cylinder and is all visible numbers matching: frame/ barrel & cylinder. This revolver was imported by C.A.I. SPECS: DA/ SA trigger, 4" slab-sided barrel, black checkered grips with embossed "Webley", spur hammer, lanyard ring, left side break-action lever with integral notched sight, round blade front sight and 6-shot cylinder. CONDITION: This revolver is in nice condition with very light wear, has an excellent sharp/ clean bore and appears to be in good working order. HISTORY: Introduced in 1929, the Webley Mk IV revolver was a sidearm issued to both British and Commonwealth forces. Although the first Webley entered service in the 1870s, many design features endured in the pistol that armed British officers, pilots, and tank crewmen. Like earlier Webleys, the Mk IV is a top break revolver. Unlike most modern American revolvers such as the Smith & Wesson “Victory” Model (which also served British forces), the cylinder and barrel assembly on the Mk IV are released by a lever on the left-hand side of the pistol. The Mk IV's auto-ejectors expel empty cases from the pistol enabling the user to focus more on reloading the pistol than emptying the cases manually by pushing an ejector rod. The grips on the Mk IV are serviceable and, being plastic and checkered, are more user friendly in poor weather or when the user has wet or muddy hands. The Mk IV stayed “on the books” with British forces well into the 1970s. SHIPPING - We offer free shipping anywhere within the continental US. All firearms must be sent to an FFL (or C&R if applicable) regardless of age or caliber. This includes antiques & muzzleloaders.

Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 (28"), 12 Ga., Semi-Auto Shotgun (NIB), U686400P

Lot # 174

BENELLI INFO: The Super Black Eagle 3 semi-automatic shotgun is a full redesign of our venerable Super Black Eagle platform. With carefully considered insights from our p...morero-staff and veteran hunters, Benelli design engineers have spent nearly 10 years in development. With a focus on three areas of critical importance to the serious waterfowler: Improved ergonomics, intuitive, flawless functionality, this updated design sports the style and feel of the latest in modern water fowling reliability that’s all about the end game: Absolute superiority in the most unforgiving conditions. The hallmark of Benelli strength and reliability is the clean-burning Inertia Driven System which never requires adjusting. It cycles consistently in conditions that border on the unfair and easily handles everything from light field loads to 3 1/2" magnums. From a cleanliness and speed perspective, gas systems simply cannot compete - whereas Inertia-Driven Benelli shotguns are known to fire 500,000+ rounds and still function without flaw. The Crio Barrel System Technology on this SBE 3 is a game changer - Cryogenic physics has revealed steel changes at the molecular level when cooled to -300° degrees. When a Benelli barrel is cryogenically treated, all the stresses caused by hammer forging are relieved, and the surface of the bore becomes more even-grained. The result is a slicker surface offering less resistance to wads and shot charges. With smoother, more uniform surfaces, Benelli Crio barrels deliver superior patterns and stay clean longer. A larger bolt release and safety, along with an outward angled drop lever, makes the SBE 3 quicker and easier to operate - even with gloved hands. Versatility without compromise: having a shotgun with a 3 1/2" chamber does not mean you always have to shoot the powerful stuff. The SBE 3's patented locking mechanism is designed to work flawlessly with all shotgun loads—from light clay loads to the ultimate goose busters. A beveled loading port, redesigned carrier and a new two-piece carrier latch have all been incorporated into the new Super Black Eagle 3 to make loading the magazine effortless. SPECS: Black composite stock with aggressive texturing, aluminum alloy receiver with black anodized finish, Comfort Tech 3 recoil pad, 28" barrel with blued finish, serrated vent-rib with red fiber-optic front sight, sling studs and 14.25" LOP. This shotgun comes in the original box with a full set of choke tubes and paperwork. CONDITION: This shotgun is in new/ unfired condition with no wear, has a perfect shiny/ clean bore and appears to be in good working order. SHIPPING - We offer free shipping anywhere within the continental US. All firearms must be sent to an FFL (or C&R if applicable) regardless of age or caliber. This includes antiques & muzzleloaders

Chinese Norinco Model 213 (4.5"), 9mm Para, Semi-Auto Pistol (W/ Holster), 71478

Lot # 175

This Chinese Norinco Model 213 pistol is marked "66" within a triangle on the left side of the frame which represents the Chinese factory number 66 in Shenyang and was im...moreported to the U.S. by Sportarms during the 1980s or early 1990s. SPECS: Black plastic ribbed grips with embossed star, 4.5" barrel, rear slide serrations, external safety latch on the left side of the frame, round serrated hammer, serrated upper rib, dovetailed u-notch rear sight, fixed square blade front sight and lanyard ring. This pistol comes with a military-style black leather flap holster with blue corduroy lining and (2) 8-round magazines which are numbers matching to the gun. CONDITION: This pistol is in nice condition with very light wear, has an excellent sharp/ clean bore and appears to be in good working order. HISTORY: The Norinco Model 213 is a commercial version of the Tokarev pistol which was copied in China as the Type 51, Type 54, M20, and TU-90. The Tokarev pistol was the brainchild of Fedor Tokarev, a famous Russian small arms designer. Tokarev began the process of designing a semi-automatic handgun in the 1920s, and the Soviets adopted one of his early designs in 1930, naming it the TT-30. A simple, reliable and easy-to-maintain pistol, it was in service until the early 1950s when it was replaced by the Makarov (also known as the Pistol Makarova or PM). Several Soviet satellite countries — including Poland, Romania, Yugoslavia and Hungary — adopted pistols styled after the Tokarev. During the 1950s, China also began producing a version of the TT-30. All Chinese Tokarev pistols are the same in terms of form and function as their European counterparts. They are locked-breech, recoil-operated semi-automatics capable of holding eight rounds. However, there was no external safety on Chinese Tokarevs. The only safety was a half-cock notch on the hammer. The earliest Chinese Tokarev is known as the Type 51 which were assembled in China from primarily Russian surplus parts. The Type 54 superseded the Type 51 at some point in 1954. Even though the Type 51 and the Type 54 are mechanically identical, they differ in their markings, and Type 54s were made completely in China. Type 54s often come with a sturdy leather holster that has a compartment for a spare magazine and external loops for a cleaning rod. The holsters are lined with colored corduroy, often blue. The holsters do not have markings to indicate production dates or other information. The Type 54 was manufactured from about 1954 until 1967. Commercial versions of the Chinese Tokarevs were imported into the United States from the late 1980s until about 1994, when the importation of some arms from China was banned due to sanctions. A few of the first pistols imported were original military issued pistols that were converted for commercial sale by changing markings and adding an external safety to the slide or the frame. The safety was required for the pistols to be imported under the Gun Control Act of 1968. A few early pistols will have original Type & Factory markings, but others do not. SHIPPING - We offer free shipping anywhere within the continental US. All firearms must be sent to an FFL (or C&R if applicable) regardless of age or caliber. This includes antiques & muzzleloaders.
