Lot # 177

Since its introduction in 1969, the BL-22 has been the premier lever-action 22 of all time. It gained this distinction for several reasons: Superb quality, solid function...more and the speed of 33-degree lever throw. The engraved receiver, checkered walnut stock and the added touch of a classic Browning gold-colored trigger also sets it apart. There are other lever-action 22 rimfire rifles available, but no other has the features, reliability, quality and accuracy of the BL-22. The easy to load tubular magazine holds any combination of 22 short, long and long rifle ammunition, all of which are on the menu for the BL-22. The magazine tube, once loaded, locks securely in place. The BL-22 also features quality muzzle-to-butt that rivals other Browning firearms. Ruger, M77 VBZ Varmint/ Target - Grey Stainless, 220 Swift, Bolt-Action, SN - 782-39072

Lot # 179

Ruger's Mark II Target Rifle is a striking looking rifle with proven reliability. Key features of the M77 action include a one-piece bolt with a 90 degree lift and two ma...moressive front locking lugs, non-rotating full length extractor for positive extraction and controlled feed, fixed blade ejector, three position "wing" safety at the right rear of the action, hinged magazine floorplate with a release mounted in the trigger guard, integral bases machined into the top of the receiver, and Ruger's proprietary diagonal front-screw bedding system. The generous loading/ejection port provided by all M77 actions makes loading easy to accomplish. The free floating, heavy contour 26" barrel is precision hammer forged with a target crown. The brown laminated stock has a very tight pistol grip placed close to the trigger--so tight that in use it tends to cramp a medium size hand. In a more positive vein, there is a wide and comfortable beavertail forearm, a straight comb designed for use with telescopic sights, and a rubber butt pad. It also has a little less pitch down than most other M77 stocks. Accuracy tests show consistent 3-shot groups at 100 yards ranged from an incredible 0.25" to 1", with handloads shooting a bit smaller groups than the factory loads. This M77 MKII VT also sports an All Weather Grey Stainless finish and scope rings. This gun is in beautiful condition with no wear to speak of, has a sharp/ clean bore and appears to be in good working order.

1992 Winchester, Model 94AE Trapper (16" Barrel), 44 Rem. Mag., Lever-Action (W/ Box), SN - 6276837

Lot # 181

The Winchester Model 1894, or Model 94, is a lever-action repeating rifle & carbine that became one of the most famous and popular hunting rifles of all time. It was desi...moregned by John Browning in 189,4 and originally chambered to fire two metallic black powder cartridges, the .32-40 Winchester and .38-55 Winchester. It was the first rifle to chamber the smokeless powder round, the .30 WCF in 1895. It was produced by the Winchester Repeating Arms Company through 1980, and then by U.S. Repeating Arms under the Winchester brand until they ceased manufacturing rifles in 2006. The original Winchester Model 1894 Carbine with a 16" barrel was often referred to as the "baby carbine". In the early 1900s they were very popular among fur traders/ trappers in the northern U.S. and Canada which is where they acquired their second nickname, the "trapper model". In 1983, Winchester introduced the Model 94 A.E. (A.E. stands for angle eject). They modified the ejector and opened up the ejection port on the Model 94 to attempt to throw the empty shell casings out the top, but at an approximate 45 degree angle which should clear a top mounted scope. This Model 94AE "Trapper" was made in 1992, and features a smooth walnut stock with oiled finish, 16" barrel with full length magazine tube, saddle ring, hammer thumb extension, black checkered buttpad, dovetailed front sight, mounted Tasco AccuDot scope, and comes in original box with paperwork. This gun is in nice condition with very light wear, has a perfect sharp/ clean bore and appears to be in good working order.

1907 Marlin, Model 1894, 25-20 Win., Lever-Action, SN - 409278

Lot # 185

The Marlin Model 1889 and subsequent Marlin lever action rifles (including the Model 1894) were the first rifles with a flat-top, side-eject receiver and featured a revol...moreutionary lever-fire system with repeat-fire capability. At its introduction, the Model 1894 came with a 24" barrel and was chambered for a variety of rounds such as .25-20 Winchester, .32-20 Winchester, .38-40, and .44-40. The Model 1894 and its successors found particular favor in Canada, Alaska, and the Pacific Northwest where precipitation combined with cold temperatures sometimes caused top-eject designs to freeze solid. During the Klondike Gold Rush, the solid-top Marlin design was preferred by many prospectors facing subzero temperatures and dangerous animals since the solid top frame was better at keeping freezing rain, snow and dirt out of the operating parts of the action. This Model 1894 was made in circa 1907, and sports a 24" round barrel, smooth walnut stock with English grip & fluted comb, black checkered hard rubber buttpad with "M.F.A. Co." logo, adjustable elevator semi-buckhorn rear sight, dovetail front sight, serrated hammer and full length magazine tube. This gun is showing some various age & wear, retains a sharp bore with some pitting and appears to be in good working order.

Springfield Armory, XD-S (3.3"), 45 ACP, Semi-Auto (W/ Case & Accessories), SN - XS533261

Lot # 186

Springfield offers the XD-S in a variety of configurations, differing only by barrel length and caliber. The smaller 3.3” model is available in 9mm, .40, and .45ACP. Alth...moreough slim and compact, the XD-S 3.3" is a serious tool. The frame is molded in an aggressive way that gives the shooter a firm grip on the gun, and the slide consists mostly of straight lines with a series of cocking serrations along the rear. The XD-S 3.3" includes an ambidextrous magazine release which is a welcome addition on any handgun. The slide stop and takedown lever on the left side of the frame are both low-profile to avoid snagging on clothing or holsters, and the grip safety adds to the conceal & carry appeal. The standard accessory rail on the front of the gun allows the user to mount a standard weapon light rather than needing to purchase a special model made specifically for the XD-S. It also features a fiber optic front sight with a two-dot rear sight which is a configuration that provides excellent rapid target acquisition and adequate performance in lower-light situations. The trigger on the XD-S 3.3" has similar qualities to other striker-fired handguns with the take-up being a bit shorter than average. The trigger breaks smoothly and resets quickly with a tactile and audible click. This XD-S 3.3" (3.3" barrel) sports a Melonite-coated steel slide and black polymer frame. This gun comes with a black hardcase, black soft case, (2) 7-round magazines, (2) 5-round magazines, black polymer paddle holster and manual. This gun is in nice condition with no wear to speak of, has a sharp/ clean bore and appears to be in good working order.

1942 British WWII (Lend-Lease), U.S. Springfield, M1 Garand , 30-06 Sprg., Semi-Auto, SN - 525426

Lot # 187

The M1 Garand is a .30-06 caliber semi-automatic rifle that was the standard U.S. service rifle during World War II and the Korean War. The M1 rifle was named after its C...moreanadian-American designer, John Garand. The M1 Garand replaced the bolt-action M1903 Springfield as the standard U.S. service rifle in 1936, and General George S. Patton called it "the greatest battle implement ever devised". It is a gas-operated, 8-shot clip-fed rifle that is 43.6" long, weighs about 9.5 pounds and has a 24" barrel. During WWII the U.S. supplied arms to our allies under the Lend Lease Program. US manufactured guns were “lent” to our ally governments for arming allied soldiers as they were producing at full capacity already and remained under-armed. The U.S. supply of arms was a significant help in the war effort. The Lend Lease program continued until August of 1945. This U.S. Springfield M1 Garand reflects a production date of February, 1942 (serial number 525426) also sports the original S. A. / G.H.S. stock cartouche. (Springfield Armory / Gilbert H. Stewart, Commanding Officer), and was a British "Lend/ Lease" gun, which is indicated from the proof stamps on the barrel to include the "BNP" stamp. This gun will have a small hairline crack under the grip, but otherwise is in excellent condition with a couple light scratches near the end of the barrel/ tube, has a perfect sharp/ clean bore, appears to be in good working order, and sports a period correct green canvas sling.

The Winchester Model 1894, or Model 94, is a lever-action repeating rifle & carbine that became one of the most famous and popular hunting rifles of all time. It was desi...moregned by John Browning in 1894, and originally chambered to fire two metallic black powder cartridges, the .32-40 Winchester and .38-55 Winchester. It was an almost instant success for Winchester. Its lightweight, compact design paired with the power packing punch quickly made it popular among hunters. One of the best-selling lever action rifles in American history, the Winchester Model 1894 hit the one million mark in 1927. This Winchester Model 94 Carbine was made in 1969, and sports a 20" round barrel, smooth walnut stock with English grip, checkered metal buttplate, dovetailed adjustable elevator semi-buckhorn rear sight and hooded ramped dovetail front sight. This gun is in good condition with some various light wear, has an excellent sharp/ clean bore and appears to be in good working order.

1974 German Walther, PPK/S, 380 ACP, Semi-Auto (W/ Case), SN - 188104

Lot # 198

The Walther double-action Model PPK (Police Pistol - Detective Model), is a smaller version of the original Model PP with a shorter grip, barrel, frame, and reduced magaz...moreine capacity. The PP and the PPK were among the world's first successful double action semi-automatic pistols. They are still manufactured by Walther and have been widely copied. The design inspired other pistols, among them the Soviet Makarov, the Hungarian FEG PA-63, the Polish P-64, the American Accu-Tek AT-380 II, and the Argentinian Bersa Thunder 380. The PP and PPK were both popular with European police and civilians for being reliable and concealable. During World War II, they were issued to the German military (officers), including the Luftwaffe, as well as the uniformed Ordnungspolizei and plain clothes detectives of the Kriminalpolizei. Adolf Hitler killed himself with his PPK (.32 ACP/7.65mm) in the Fuhrerbunker in Berlin, and secret agent James Bond used a Walther PPK in many of the novels and films. The PPK/S combines the PP's frame with the PPK's barrel and slide to create a pistol that weighed slightly more than the PPK, which provided the extra weight needed for U.S. import laws. This PPK/S was made in Germany in 1974, (imported by Interarms), and features a blued frame & slide with polished flats, black checkered grips, 3 3/8" stainless barrel, round serrated hammer, serrated rib and comes in original hardcase with (2) 7-round magazines and (1) finger rest extension. This gun is in nice condition with light wear, has a sharp/ clean bore and appears to be in good working order.
