Pistol is a single shot having a twist removable barrel for easy cartridge change. The cartridge location is off center with spent cases needing to be manually extracted and the inside bore diameter is greatly over sized measuring 0.453" from the head of the case to the muzzle with a 0.4" wide knurled band running the circumference of the barrel. The grip panels are a smooth walnut and show only minor light pressure indentation with hammer retaining traces of niter bluing having a strong spring pull. The right side of the frame shows assorted proof marks with the serial number being present under the left side grip panel. Manufactured in 1907 with a shiny bore having nice rifling. The blued metal finish is crisp as are the barrel edges, the two line barrel address markings, caliber designation mark, tang mark and both serial numbers. The blued metal finish shows just the slightest handling marks. The smooth walnut straight grip stock and ribbed forend show some pressure indentations but stand proud to the metal at the butt plate and tang. Rear sight is adjustable and the front is fixed.
