Three are Hornady V-MAX, three are CCI one of which is V-MAX and other two are Speer TNT, one box is Remington Premier V-MAX and one is Winchester V-MAX. All are 50 round boxes. By bidding and buying in this auction Buyer agrees to all terms and conditions presented here. Placing a bid here is a legally binding contract to bid and buy and no bidder shall retract his bid. All invoices under $400 will automatically be charged to your credit card on file. You can pay invoices over $400 by cash or check at pickup. BUYERS with an invoice total over $400.00 who do NOT want the credit card on Proxibid charged must contact us by noon on Monday November 28, 2022 to arrange an alternate form of payment (610-395-8084 or info@zettauction.com). Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Payment by check or money order must be postmarked by 11/30/2022. Wire transfer must be initiated by noon on 11/29/2022. Buyer pays wire transfer fee of $10.00 in addition to invoice total. If the credit card you have on file with Proxibid is deemed to be invalid or to have insufficient funds available or suspended by your credit card company or bank for any reason when Zettlemoyer Auction Co. LLC attempts to charge your card you will be billed an additional $35 for the returned check fee we are charged. Please do everyone the courtesy of making sure that your information on file with Proxibid is current and correct. Zettlemoyer Auction Company accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express for purchases up to $10,000 by existing customers. There is a 3% fee for payment by credit card. If you are picking up at Fogelsville Auction Center please notify us at SignUp Genius of your payment method. Anyone picking up any firearm or firearm lots that sell for $100.00 or less that require a background check will be charged for the background check. That charge is $10.00 for the first firearm and $2.00 for each additional firearm. There is no charge for the background check for any firearms that sell over $100.00 per lot or for lots that do not require a background check. 6% Pa Sales Tax will be charged unless items are shipped out of state or you have a current PA Sales Tax Exemption Form on file with us along with a copy of your Pennsylvania Sales Tax License. If you are not sure if your Tax Exemption information is on file with us, please check before the auction date. Invoices will be emailed by the next business day if not sooner.

Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who choose not to preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person.
