We at Sullivan & Son Auction have described each item to the best of our ability including our opinion of condition but if we have made any type of mistake in our description or if the successful buyer does not agree with our opinion of description that item will still NOT be accepted for return. In many cases, these are being described to the buyer's advantage. We have taken 4-8 pictures of most items so that each prospective internet buyer can see what they are getting. We would be happy to email any extra photos to a prospective internet buyer or to describe guns in more detail via phone or email. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Sullivan & Son Auction or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Sullivan & Son Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
