We at Sullivan & Son Auction have described each item to the best of our ability including our opinion of condition but if we have made any type of mistake in our description or if the successful buyer does not agree with our opinion of description that item will still NOT be accepted for return. In many cases, these are being described to the buyer's advantage. We have taken 4-8 pictures of most items so that each prospective internet buyer can see what they are getting. We would be happy to email any extra photos to a prospective internet buyer or to describe guns in more detail via phone or email. Bidders are required to register with proper identification prior to bidding and must use the number issued to them when bidding. Online bidders are required to register with Proxibid. Registering through Proxibid requires a valid credit card as a security measure. All items sold as is where is. All announcements made at the auction shall supersede any prior advertising. Any/all Purchasers will be expected to rely upon his/her personal inspection or investigation of the property being offered at the Auction, or that of an approved party to Buyer, and not upon any representation of warranty or condition by the Seller or the Auction Company. Seller or Auction Company will, in NO WAY, be held responsible for any discrepancies, damage or loss of any property of Buyer once the Auctioneer says SOLD. Sullivan & Son Auction is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Sullivan & Son Auction or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Sullivan & Son Auction will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins.
