Closed Lots
Upright Piano
Conn wooden piano measuring 56" long x 41" tall and comes with a bench. There is a lid that comes down to cover the keys. Overall in good shape.
Whirlpool Refrigerator
Side by side 25.6 CU FT Stainless Steel with black trim Whirlpool refrigerator measuring 34" wide x 33" deep x 68" tall. It does have an ice maker and will need to be cleaned. It is working at the time of sale.
Wicker Loveseat
Wicker loveseat measures 56" long x 34" at the tallest point and is brown in color with wooden legs in the front. There are a few broken wicker pieces but appears in good usable condition.
Card Table & 2 Chairs
Folding wood (with black accent in the middle) card table measuring 33"x33". Two chairs are not identical but made from the same material and are black in color. They do have wear marks and scratches.
Wicker Stands (3)
Three wicker style stands with the tallest measuring 26" and the shortest measuring 15" and the 3rd measuring 22". All in good usable condition with no cracking of the wicker.
Computer Desk & Stand
Computer desk measures 38" x 20" x 28" tall and is light brown in color. Bottom shelf is broken and will need another screw to repair. Table, with folding sides, is dark brown in color measuring 24" with the sides down, x 23" tall. Does lift off the frame to carry as a tray. Good usable condition with very little scratching, if any.
Dresser w/Mirror
Light wood, 9 drawer dresser measures 63" long x 30" tall - mirror will add another 50" to the height and can be hung on the wall above the dresser. All drawers are intact and they are dovetailed. Appears to have very little scratching. Lamps & contents are not included.
Night Stand
Wooden 3-drawer night stand measuring 18" wide x 18" deep x 29" tall. Drawers are dovetailed. Good condition with very few scratches. Matches lot 115.
Wooden Rocker
Folding dark wood rocker with cloth seat and back. Unsure of the brand but in very good usable condition with no visible tears or scratches.
Night Stand
Wooden 3-drawer night stand measuring 18" wide x 18" deep x 29" tall. Drawers are dovetailed. Good condition with very few scratches. Matches lot 113.
2 Native American Prints
Two Native American prints still wrapped in plastic. First print is titled 'Black Foot Chiefs' and is by the artist Kenneth Riley #281 of 900. The 2nd print is titled 'Nez Perce on Appaloosa' by Olef O Wieghorst.
2 Cloth Tapestries
Two cloth tapestries including 1 with a religious theme of 2 women and a small child that measures 30" wide x 29" tall. There is some wear, particularly on the corners along with a tear in the fabric. It is mounted on a wooden frame. The 2nd is a Victorian themed tapestry of an early England or Victorian themed tea party. It is framed and measures 28" wide x 21" tall. It does appear to be complete with minimal damage such as a few snags in the cloth.
2 Ewing Prints
Two prints by the artist Bob Ewing. The 1st is titled 'Indian Winter' and the other is titled 'Mountain Lord'. Both prints are in good condition and in a protective cover.
Richard Luce Prints
Three prints by the artist Richard Luce, measuring 34" wide x 24" tall. Prints are titled, 'The Last Crossing', 'When Pelts Were Prime' and 'Prayer To The Four Winds'. All prints are in good condition and in protective sleeves.
Signed & Numbered Print
Signed & numbered print of a painting titled 'The Trophy', and measures 22" tall x 32" wide. Unsure of artist name. See picture for better detail. There is a 2nd print of the same size titled 'Mid-Summer Journey' and is marked Richard Luce, copyright 1984. It does have an autograph and print number in the lower left corner that is not legible. There is 8 1/2" x 11" print titled 'Windswept' by Richard Luce. All prints are in good condition and in protective sleeves.
Multiple Artistic Prints
Collection of artistic prints including a single print of a painting titled 'Cardinal' by Roy Tory Peterson. There are 5 prints of a painting titled 'The Veil is Lifting' and 2 prints of an oceanscape/lighthouse theme signed Frits Hoendervangst. There is what appears to be a print of a drawing of an Indian bust.
2 Autographed Prints
Two prints autographed by the original artists. The 1st print is titled 'Rendezvous' 707, by the artist Jodie Boren. It is signed and numbered and measures 30" wide x 18 1/2" tall. The 2nd print is titled 'Brave Warrior' by the artist M Kunstler. It measures 18" wide x 22" tall. Both prints are in very good condition and comes in protective sleeves.
Multiple Artistic Prints
Two prints by the artist Gress in multiple copies. There are 14 copies of a barn scene painting titled 'Winter's Richness'. They are signed and numbered by the artist. There are 3 prints of the round print 'Morning Conference'. All prints are in good condition and are in a box for protection.
