Payment Instructions: Invoices will be sent and the credit card on file will be charged for the purchase amount as soon as auction ends. Any shipping charges will be assessed after items are boxed, weighed, and ready to ship. A 15% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. There will be 7% sales tax charged for purchases. You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. This invoice will serve as the billing amount that is charged to your credit card on file. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card. Unpaid invoices will be reported to Proxibid Friay February 1, 2019 at 9 am eastern. Unpaid invoices will be voided at 5 pm on Friday February 1, 2019 and the items will be resold on behalf of the seller. NO EXCEPTIONS! We are able to box lots and place multiple boxes on pallets for shipping. Packing service will be charged on a per lot basis with a minimum $5 handling charge & $10 per pallet charge. WE WILL NOT SHIP SHELVING, CARTS, TABLES, RACKS OR DISPLAYS! These items must be picked up, NO EXCEPTIONS! USPS Small flat rate box (8 5/8" x 5 3/8" x 1 5/8") shipping and handling is $ 12.50 USPS Medium flat rate box (11" x 8 1/2" x 5 1/2") shipping and handling is $ 19.00 USPS Large flat rate box (12" x 12" x 5 1/2") shipping and handling is $ 25.00 USPS insures the packages value up to $ 50 which is included in the prices above.
