Alaska Premier Auctions and Appraisals LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is a 4% convenience fee charged to all credit card payments. Your card will be charged immediately following the end of the auction. All sales are final. Buyer agrees that under no circumstances will he or she make a chargeback on their credit card account in relation to their purchases. Remember, a 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to your bid price to arrive at the total purchase price. There is no discount for CASH PAYMENT. A $15.00 service fee will be added to all cards which are declined. Payment may be made in person for all local buyers. Local buyers may pay by credit card or cash. Payments over $5,000 can only be made via certified cashier's check or wire transfer. All fees are paid by the buyer. Please bring exact change if paying by cash, we do not carry change.

WARRANTIES OF OWNER/REPRESENTATIVE. The owner/representative warrants that he/she is the owner of listed items and has merchantable title to the items of personal property offered for sale and hereby grants to the Auctioneer the right to convey a merchantable title to such property to such buyers as may be successful at sale time. The Owner/representative guarantees clear title, and that liens on the listed property be so stated whereby arrangements will be made so that clear title will be issued to the purchaser. In the event owner/representative is unable to clear title, owner/representative will be liable for any pre-sale expenses incurred by the Auctioneer, and/or a withdrawal fee.

PICKUP: Pick-up times will be from 11am-6p on Saturday August 10th and 9am-6pm Sunday, August 11th. There is a 2 day only pick-up window for this auction.

All firearms and a handful of select mounts are located at our warehouse facility at 6407 Brayton Drive in Anchorage, AK, items located in Anchorage will be noted in their descriptions. The majority of items are located in Anchor Point, AK. 

Buyers that fail to pick-up their items within the specified time window will have their items shipped to them to their address on file, at their full expense, and their card on file will be charged a second time for the shipping and handling fees. Items that can not be reasonably shipped, if not picked up in the allotted time, are at risk of being forfeited and donated to charity or disposed of.

If there is an arrangement with the seller to store items past the pick-up date, it will be on a case by case basis and a minimum $25 per day storage fee will be applied per lot.

On a case by case basis, we may be able to deliver items to winning bidders for a minimum $50 delivery fee.

If someone else is picking up your inventory on your behalf, then you must send us an email with your written permission and the name of the person picking up your inventory to admin@alaskapremierauctions.com.
