All items will sell AS-IS Where IS with absolutely no warranties given or implied All items must be settled for with a good check or cash no later than 15 minutes after the conclusion of the auction If you plan on purchasing a vehicle or trailer, have necessary info available as title transfers will be done on sale day and to the individual who picks up the vehicle Loading will be done at the risk of the buyer with management or staff not responsible for damage to any item. When loading large loads requiring disassembling of equipment the first hour will be free of charge with $75 per hour charged after the first hour.
