All items will sell AS-IS Where IS with absolutely no warranties given or implied
All items must be settled for with a good check or cash no later than 15 minutes after the conclusion of the auction
If you plan on purchasing a vehicle or trailer, have necessary info available as title transfers will be done on sale day and to the individual who picks up the vehicle
Loading will be done at the risk of the buyer with management or staff not responsible for damage to any item. Also management will not be responsible for loss or damage to any items prior, during or after the auction.
All purchased items must be removed no later than 20 business days from auction date.
When loading large loads requiring disassembling of equipment the first hour will be free of charge with $75 per hour charged after the first hour.
Any books, attachments, PTO shafts, Etc. will be on or near the equipment to be sold. There will be no additional items available after the auction.
All items must be removed during regular business hours and only with your paid receipt from the auction company. Anyone removing items not paid for or without proper documentation will be reported to law enforcement
Purchasers are responsible for your items as soon as you are awarded the final bid.
Please have your bidding number available as you will need to show your number to the clerk after making a purchase.
