1974 Harley Davidson RR350 Factory Racer

Lot # 352 (Sale Order: 51 of 192)      

From 1974 to 1977, these racers were hand built in the Aermacchi Harley-Davidson plant in Varese, Italy for the sole purpose of road racing. This bike has the twin disc front brakes, double leading shoe rear brakes, 6 speed transmission, Ceriani forks, water cooled, Dansi electronic ignition and is in the legendary Harley-Davidson racing colors. Carbs are dell’Orto 34mm. This is an original unrestored example; the only paint is the tank that was repainted many years ago, by the previous owner. All components are in original factory racer condition, including the Dunlop racing tires! Sourced for seller in USA in the mid 1990’s by a racer in Australia who races an RR250 and an RR350 in Australia, and who knows well the RR range. Sold with Import Papers/Bill of Sale....more

1974 Moto Guzzi Eldorado Police

Rare Police Model (sold only one year with disc brake) converted to civilian when new. Toured US, Canada, and Mexico 2-up. Ground up restoration: frame and many parts powder coated, new paint and new parts too numerous to list. Major engine overhaul; crank turned, all new bearings, upgraded new 1000cc cylinders (done right - case bored for larger skirts), new pistons and rings, heads redone with new guides and exhaust port threads professionally repaired. 1979 Triumph T150V

A real Rob North Trident, titled 1979 T150V, this is a special built bike. Documented with certificate of authenticity - August 1995. Built to resemble Ray Pickrell's winner of the 1972 F750 at 105.68 mph. Numbers are vinyl stick on and can be removed. The aluminum gas and oil tank, exhaust system (baffled) and mounts are also made by Rob. Engine is a 1974 5 speed that was completely rebuilt to stock, cleaned and balanced, new bearings and bushings etc. done by AMR in Tucson, Arizona. The correct letter box fairing and short course seat were made in and bought from England. Front end and rear from Donner 1974 Trident. 1917 Harley Davidson T Magneto

Factory paint, unrestored 1917 T Magneto model Harley-Davidson. Last owner had for 15 years, before that sat in a shed in Australia, unused, with oil thrown over it every now and again. The wheel bearings have been serviced and period tires fitted to allow the motorcycle to be moved around. Museum displayed, as fine as they get. Bennett and wood dealer decals still on the gas tanks. Factory Troxel jumbo seat. Pinstriping on forks and rims. Rear brake hand lever option. Patent decal on steering neck. Runs great, everything works. 1956 Harley Davidson KR Dirt Track Racer

NOS Museum quality factory fresh, unraced Harley Davidson 1956 KR dirt track racer. This racer has only been started a handful of times in its life, and never raced. This motorcycle is as close as you will get to NOS, and needs to be seen in person, to appreciate. As to its use, a good reference might be there is no evidence of the rear chain ever being adjusted! The Certificate of Title, shows H and H Cycle of Willoughby Ohio, selling this racer on June 18, 1956 to Mr. Edward Herpy who owned it for 38 years. Seller purchased it in 2004 and has been on display in seller’s home, and more recently in seller’s museum. Seller’s Harley Davidson Legend book notes there were 29 KR’s manufactured in 1956. 1907 Yale-California Single

102 year old, unrestored and original paint 1907 Yale-California. Possibly the only original paint survivor of this model! Was originally registered in the State of Iowa where it was purchased by a mailman and used for delivery of the US Mail. Still has the earliest known Iowa Secretary of State registration medallion riveted on the rear fender. Even most advanced license plate collectors have never actually seen one of these.
